INGREDIENTS

BLONDIES
- 1cupsalted cashews
- 1cup packedlight brown sugaror dark brown sugar
- 1/3cupvegetable oil
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 2eggs
- 1 1/4cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt (optional)

FROSTING
- 3ounceswhite chocolate, chopped
- 2tablespoonsbutter, softened
- 2tablespoonsmilk
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- 1wholecashew, for garnish,if desired
DIRECTIONS
- BLONDIES: Preheat oven to 350*F; grease an 8-or-9″ square baking pan.
- In a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process 1/2 cup of the cashews until ground; place in a medium bowl.
- Coarsely chop the remaining cashews; set aside.
- Add the brown sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs to the ground cashews; beat well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt (if using), and chopped cashews; mix well.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan; bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 1 hour on a wire rack.
- MAKE THE FROSTING: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate, stirring constantly; remove pan from heat.
- Add the butter, milk, and powdered sugar; beat until smooth.
- Spread evenly over the cooled bars; cut into squares.
- Garnish each with a whole cashew, if desired.

INGREDIENTS

Meatballs
- 1cupbreadcrumbs
- 1cupmilk
- 2lbsground beef
- 1cuponions
- 2eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1dashpepper

Sauce
- 2 (12 ounce)bottles of brooks tangycatsup
- 1 (10 ounce)jarapple jelly
- 1dashoregano
- 1dashonion salt
- 1dashgarlic salt
DIRECTIONS
- For Meatballs- Mix all meatball ingredients together, make into tsp size balls, and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes (I usually start preparing the sauce about 15 minutes into the meatballs baking).
- Drain.
- For Sauce- Cook in saucepan till jelly dissolved and sauce is hot.
- Add cooked meatballs and serve!

INGREDIENTS
- 10tablespoonsbutter, divided
- 1/2cup packedbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonshoney
- 2large ripebartlett pears, peeled and cored
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 1/4salt
- 2eggs
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1/4Amarettoor otheralmond flavored liqueur
- lightly sweetened whipped cream
- toasted sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Butter six 1 1/4 cup ramekins, custard cups or giant muffin tins.
- Melt 4 tbsp butter in a small saucepan Add brown sugar and honey Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes until mixture no longer separates Divide mixture evenly between prepared dishes.
- Cut each pear into 12 wedges and place 4 wedges in the bottom of each dish: set aside In medium bowl, beat remaining 6 tbsp butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Combine milk and amaretto in a bowl.
- Add half the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture, then half the liquid, beating well after each addition.
- Repeat until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour batter into the 6 prepared dishes, smoothing the top.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and place on rack for 10 minutes.
- Carefully flip each dish over onto serving plates to remove from dish Serve immediately with lightly sweetened cream and toasted almond slices.

INGREDIENTS

Steaks
- 1/2cupbreadcrumbs
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1lbground beef
- 1/2cuponions
- 1egg, lightly beaten
- salt and pepper, to taste

Gravy
- 1cancream of mushroom soup
- 1/2cupmilk
- 2packetsbrown gravy mix
DIRECTIONS
- For Steaks- Mix all steak ingredients together and make into patties (I usually get around 5).
- Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes (you can also fry in skillet as you would cheeseburgers).
- For Gravy- Mix together in skillet and add steaks!
- Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)canrefrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8slicesham, thin
- 1/2cup shreddedcheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Separate dough into 8 triangles.
- Place ham slice and 1 tbsp cheese on each triangle.
- Roll loosely from shortest side of the triangle to opposite point.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.
