INGREDIENTS
- 1packagefrozen green peas
- 1cupdry roasted salted peanuts
- 3tablespoonssour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Thaw peas; do not cook.
- Break peanuts in half at seam and add to peas.
- Add sour cream and stir well.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1largeegg
- 3-4slices of lightbread
- 1bagonion rings
- ketchup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 Mix salt, meat, egg,tore up bread,together.
- (I like to Get my hands in there and squish it all together!) Fill each muffin cup of muffin pan almost to the top.
- Top with a onion ring and ketchup in the middle of the ring.
- Place in oven untill thoughly cooked about 20-30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonblack peppercorns
- 1bay leaf
- 1 1/2-2lbslobsters
- 2carrots, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 2celery ribs, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 1fennel bulb, cut into quarters
- 1onion, cut into large chunks
- 4earscorn, kernels removed,cobs reserved
- 1/2cuptomato paste
- 1/2cuppastisor Pernodor anise-flavored liqueur
- 1/4cupheavy cream
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large saucepan, bring 4 quarts water, peppercorns and bay leaf to a boil; add lobster.
- Cook 7 minutes.
- Strain broth and reserve.
- Allow lobster to cool to touch, then remove meat from shells.
- Cut lobster meat into 1/2- to 1-inch chunks and refrigerate.
- Place shells on a baking sheet.
- Add carrots, celery, half the fennel, onion and reserved cobs.
- Roast 1 hour, turning shells, vegetables and cobs so they don’t burn.
- Ten minutes before removing, spread with tomato paste.
- Remove pan from oven and pour liquor onto vegetables, shells and cobs.
- Transfer to saucepan of reserved broth.
- Bring to a boil; simmer until reduced by half (8 cups), about 30 minutes.
- Strain; discard solids.
- Thinly slice remaining fennel; add to soup with corn and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add cream and reserved lobster meat; cook until lobster is heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4cups firmly packedbrown sugar
- 1/2cupshortening
- 1/2cupmargarine or butter, softened
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 2eggs
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- 1cupwhole wheat flour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 3cupsold fashioned oats
DIRECTIONS
- In a big mixing bowl, add the brown sugar, shortening, and margarine; beat until fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla and eggs; mix until well blended.
- Add in the flours, and baking powder; stir to mix.
- Add in the oats; stir well to mix.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 2-inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10-14 minutes or until a light golden brown.
- Cool for 1 minute, then transfer to cooling rack.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbsground beef
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 2clovesgarlic, minced
- 1cupsmall curd cottage cheese
- 1/2cup gratedparmesan cheese
- 3cups shreddedmozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 1/2teaspoonsitalian seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce)cantomato paste
- 1cupBisquick baking mix
- 2cupsmilk
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 3eggs
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned; drain.
- In a 13×9 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, layer the cottage cheese and parmesan cheese.
- To the beef mixture, add 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and tomato paste; stir to combine.
- Spoon evenly over the cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, add the Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs; stir to blend.
- Pour over the beef mixture.
- Baked at 400°, uncovered, for 40-42 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
