Very Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1loafFrench bread, unsliced
  2. 1/2cupbutteror margarine, softened
  3. 1garlic clove, halved
  4. 2garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1teaspoondried parsley
  6. 1/3cupparmesan cheese(grated or shredded)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut slices down the length of the bread at 1″ intervals without cutting all the way through bread loaf.Rub slices and top of bread with the garlic halves on the cut side–mince that clove.Also combine the butter, garlic, parsley and cheese in a small bowl.Spread the mixture between each slice and any remaining on the top of the loaf.Wrap bread in foil, leaving partically uncovered.Bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.

Granny’s Caramel Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Dough

  2. 1 1/4cupswarm water
  3. 3cupsunbleached all-purpose flour
  4. 2tablespoonspowdered milk
  5. 3tablespoonssugar
  6. 1teaspoonsalt
  7. 3tablespoonsbutter, softened
  8. 2teaspoonsbread machine yeast
  9. Filling

  10. 1/4cupbutter, softened
  11. 1/2cupbrown sugar
  12. 1/2tablespooncinnamon
  13. Caramel Sauce

  14. 1cupwhipping cream(35%)
  15. 3/4cupbrown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place dough ingredients in bread machine in order given.
  2. Press dough cycle.
  3. While dough is mixing, combine filling ingredients.
  4. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.
  5. Stir well to mix.
  6. Set aside.
  7. In another small bowl, combine whipping cream, and 3/4 cup brown sugar.
  8. Stir mixture together well.
  9. Place in fridge.
  10. When dough cycle has completed, remove dough from the machine and place on floured surface.
  11. With rolling pin, roll dough to approximately 16×10 inch rectangle, adding more flour if necessary to prevent sticking.
  12. Spread filling onto dough spreading close to edges.
  13. Roll up dough, jellyroll style, starting at long edge.
  14. Pinch seam closed.
  15. Slice into 1 1/2 inch thick slices.
  16. Place in 9×13 pan, that has been coated lightly with non-stick spray.
  17. Place cinnamon rolls in warm place until doubled in bulk.
  18. (About 1 hour).
  19. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  20. Just before placing in oven, remove caramel sauce from fridge, stir once more.
  21. Next, evenly pour caramel sauce over rolls.
  22. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown.
  23. Let cool on wire rack for about 10 minutes, then invert.
  24. The gooey caramel sauce will be on top.
  25. Store leftovers in tightly closed container.
  26. Leftovers can be warmed up in microwave.
  27. Enjoy!

Sole Amandine Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbssole, orange roughy or other delicatefish fillets, about 3/4 &quot,thick
  2. 1/2cupsliced almonds
  3. 1/4cupbutter, softened
  4. 2tablespoons gratedlemons, rind of
  5. salt
  6. 1/2teaspoonpaprika
  7. 2tablespoonslemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Spray baking dish with cooking oil.
  3. Cut fish into 6 serving pieces and place in dish.
  4. Mix almonds, butter, lemon peel, salt and paprika, and spoon over fish.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. Bake uncovered 15 or 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Roasted Vegetable Wraps Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1eggplant, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  2. 1zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  3. 2red bell peppers, cored and cut into 3/4 inch chunks
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1tablespoonolive oil
  6. 1buncharugula, coarsely chopped
  7. 1tomato, finely chopped
  8. 1tablespoonred wine vinegar
  9. 2ouncesgoat cheese, room temp
  10. 4fat free tortillas, warmed

DIRECTIONS

  1. preheat oven to 450.
  2. spray large roasting pan with nonstick spray.
  3. toss the veggies with oil and salt and spread in the pan.
  4. roast, stirring occasionally till they are tender and browned, about 40 minutes.
  5. meanwhile, combine arugula, tomato, vinegar and 1 tsp oil in a bowl.
  6. spread cheese on warmed tortills.
  7. divide veggies and arugula mixtures on tortillas and roll up.

Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. 1/3cupseedless raspberry jam
  2. 1/2cupred wine vinegar
  3. 1/4cupolive oil
  4. 1/4teaspoonsalt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat all ingredients with a wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Store covered in refrigerator.
