Super Easy Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (6 ounce)packagesemisweet chocolate morsels
  2. 21graham cracker squares, crushed
  3. 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk!)
  4. confectioners’ sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate morsels, crushed graham crackers, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Grease an 8-inch by 8-inch pan, line with waxed paper, then grease the waxed paper.
  4. (Sounds odd, but I’ve never been brave enough to not do this.) Press mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, yet turn out of pan while still warm and peel away waxed paper.
  7. Cut into squares, and roll in confectioners sugar.

Sarah’s Prize Winning Meatloaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbsground beef
  2. 3/4cupoats(uncooked)
  3. 1/4cup choppedonions
  4. 1/4teaspoonpepper
  5. 1cuptomato juice
  6. 1egg, beaten
  7. 1 1/2teaspoonssalt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all indgredients and mix well.
  2. Press firmly into ungreased loaf pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
  6. Note: I like to put Piquant Sauce on top before baking.
  7. Piquant Sauce: 3 Tbsp.
  8. brown sugar,1/4 c catsup, 1/4 tsp.
  9. nutmeg 1 tsp.
  10. dry mustard mix all together and spread over meatloaf before baking.

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6pork chops
  2. 4mediumpotatoes
  3. 1mediumonion, chopped
  4. 1cancream of chicken soup
  5. salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in skillet with small amount of shortening or vegetable oil.
  2. Place slices potatoes in 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Alternate layers of pork chops,onion,and potatoes.
  4. Pour soup over top.
  5. Cover with lid.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Hot Chocolate Mix Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (8 quart)boxdry milk
  2. 1 (16 ounce)jar coffee-matenon-dairy coffee creamer
  3. 1 (16 ounce)containerchocolate-flavor Nestle Nesquik powder
  4. 2/3cuppowdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir and Store.
  2. Put 1/3 cup of mix in cup and fill with boiling water.
  3. Makes 55 cups.

Paprika Glazed Baby Back Ribs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4lbspork baby back ribs, cut into individual ribs
  2. 6clovesgarlic, chopped fine
  3. 1 1/2cupsdry red wine
  4. 1/2cupwater
  5. 2tablespoonssweet paprika
  6. 3tablespoonssherry wine vinegar
  7. 1 1/2tablespoons firmly packedbrown sugar
  8. 1tablespoonsalt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Divide ribs between two large heavy sealable plastic bags.
  2. In a bowl stir together remaining ingredients and pepper to taste and pour over ribs.
  3. Seal bags, pressing out excess air.
  4. Marinate ribs in the refrigerator, turning bags occasionally, overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  6. Transfer ribs and marinade to a roasting pan large enough to hold ribs in one layer and roast ribs, turning occasionally, until marinade is reduced to about 1 cup, about 45- 60 minutes.
  7. Use marinade for dipping.
  8. Ribs may be made 2 days ahead, cooled, covered with plastic wrap & refrigerated. Then allow ribs to return to room temperature andreheat in a preheated 375F oven until hot - about 12 minutes.
