INGREDIENTS
- 1 (6 ounce)packagesemisweet chocolate morsels
- 21graham cracker squares, crushed
- 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk!)
- confectioners’ sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate morsels, crushed graham crackers, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Grease an 8-inch by 8-inch pan, line with waxed paper, then grease the waxed paper.
- (Sounds odd, but I’ve never been brave enough to not do this.) Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, yet turn out of pan while still warm and peel away waxed paper.
- Cut into squares, and roll in confectioners sugar.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbsground beef
- 3/4cupoats(uncooked)
- 1/4cup choppedonions
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1cuptomato juice
- 1egg, beaten
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all indgredients and mix well.
- Press firmly into ungreased loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Note: I like to put Piquant Sauce on top before baking.
- Piquant Sauce: 3 Tbsp.
- brown sugar,1/4 c catsup, 1/4 tsp.
- nutmeg 1 tsp.
- dry mustard mix all together and spread over meatloaf before baking.

INGREDIENTS
- 6pork chops
- 4mediumpotatoes
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1cancream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in skillet with small amount of shortening or vegetable oil.
- Place slices potatoes in 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Alternate layers of pork chops,onion,and potatoes.
- Pour soup over top.
- Cover with lid.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 quart)boxdry milk
- 1 (16 ounce)jar coffee-matenon-dairy coffee creamer
- 1 (16 ounce)containerchocolate-flavor Nestle Nesquik powder
- 2/3cuppowdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Stir and Store.
- Put 1/3 cup of mix in cup and fill with boiling water.
- Makes 55 cups.

INGREDIENTS
- 4lbspork baby back ribs, cut into individual ribs
- 6clovesgarlic, chopped fine
- 1 1/2cupsdry red wine
- 1/2cupwater
- 2tablespoonssweet paprika
- 3tablespoonssherry wine vinegar
- 1 1/2tablespoons firmly packedbrown sugar
- 1tablespoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Divide ribs between two large heavy sealable plastic bags.
- In a bowl stir together remaining ingredients and pepper to taste and pour over ribs.
- Seal bags, pressing out excess air.
- Marinate ribs in the refrigerator, turning bags occasionally, overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Transfer ribs and marinade to a roasting pan large enough to hold ribs in one layer and roast ribs, turning occasionally, until marinade is reduced to about 1 cup, about 45- 60 minutes.
- Use marinade for dipping.
- Ribs may be made 2 days ahead, cooled, covered with plastic wrap & refrigerated. Then allow ribs to return to room temperature andreheat in a preheated 375F oven until hot - about 12 minutes.
