INGREDIENTS
- 2packages buddigcorned beef
- 8ouncescream cheese
- 1bunchgreen onions
- 2-3tablespoonsAccent seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Cut corned beef into small pieces (shears are very helpful).
- Let cream cheese get to room temperature.
- Dice onions.
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite cracker.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cancream of mushroom soup
- 1cartonsour cream
- 6pork chops
- flour
- parsley flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 5cupspotatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
DIRECTIONS
- Combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well.
- Coat pork chops with seasoned flour.
- Place potatoes in 9×13x2 inch buttered casserole.
- Arrange pork chops on top.
- Cover with sour cream mixture.
- Bake at 350 for about 1 1/4 hours or until pork chops are tender.

INGREDIENTS
- 1packageherb stuffing mix
- 1cancream of mushroom soup
- 8pork chops
- 3/4cupmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare stuffing mix according to directions.
- Place in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Brown pork chops and place on top of stuffing.
- Mix soup with milk and pour over chops and stuffing.
- Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
- 6pork chops or pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 2 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen cut green beans, defrosted
- 2canscream of celery soup
- 1cupmilk
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Brown chops, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together beans, soup, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops on top.
- Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until meat is done.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter
- 2cups packedbrown sugar
- 2eggs, beaten
- 2teaspoonsvanilla
- 2cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1cup choppedpecans
- 3/4lbchocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 12×18-in jelly roll pan.
- Cook butter and brown sugar over low heat in a saucepan, until it comes to a boil; remove from heat, and cool.
- In a med bowl, stir together the butter mixture, eggs and vanilla.
- Sift flour baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- Stir into the egg mixture until well blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread the batter onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 mins.
- Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the whole sheet.
- Let stand for 5 mins.
- Spread the chocolate evenly over the entire surface.
- Cut into squares.
