Corn Beef Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2packages buddigcorned beef
  2. 8ouncescream cheese
  3. 1bunchgreen onions
  4. 2-3tablespoonsAccent seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut corned beef into small pieces (shears are very helpful).
  2. Let cream cheese get to room temperature.
  3. Dice onions.
  4. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite cracker.

Pork Chops and Taters Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cancream of mushroom soup
  2. 1cartonsour cream
  3. 6pork chops
  4. flour
  5. parsley flakes (optional)
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 5cupspotatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well.
  2. Coat pork chops with seasoned flour.
  3. Place potatoes in 9×13x2 inch buttered casserole.
  4. Arrange pork chops on top.
  5. Cover with sour cream mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/4 hours or until pork chops are tender.

Pork chops with Stuffing casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1packageherb stuffing mix
  2. 1cancream of mushroom soup
  3. 8pork chops
  4. 3/4cupmilk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions.
  2. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Brown pork chops and place on top of stuffing.
  4. Mix soup with milk and pour over chops and stuffing.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour.

Pork chops & Green Bean Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6pork chops or pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
  2. 2 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen cut green beans, defrosted
  3. 2canscream of celery soup
  4. 1cupmilk
  5. 1/4teaspoonsalt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown chops, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together beans, soup, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
  4. Arrange pork chops on top.
  5. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until meat is done.

Cinnamon Toffee Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupbutter
  2. 2cups packedbrown sugar
  3. 2eggs, beaten
  4. 2teaspoonsvanilla
  5. 2cupsflour
  6. 2teaspoonsbaking powder
  7. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  8. 1teaspooncinnamon
  9. 1cup choppedpecans
  10. 3/4lbchocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 12×18-in jelly roll pan.
  3. Cook butter and brown sugar over low heat in a saucepan, until it comes to a boil; remove from heat, and cool.
  4. In a med bowl, stir together the butter mixture, eggs and vanilla.
  5. Sift flour baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  6. Stir into the egg mixture until well blended.
  7. Stir in pecans.
  8. Spread the batter onto prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 25 mins.
  10. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the whole sheet.
  11. Let stand for 5 mins.
  12. Spread the chocolate evenly over the entire surface.
  13. Cut into squares.
