INGREDIENTS
- 36caramel candies(Kraft’s work well)
- 3tablespoonscream
- 2cupscorn flakes
- 1cupRice Krispies
- 1/2cupcoconut
DIRECTIONS
- Melt caramels in the microwave with the cream, about 2 minutes.
- Stir well.
- When melted, add in the cereals and the coconut being sure to coat everything well.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Allow to harden.

INGREDIENTS
- 4slicesbacon, diced
- 1/2cup choppedonions
- 2 (16 ounce)cansvegetarian baked beans, in tomato sauce
- 1/4cupketchup
- 3tablespoonslight brown sugar
- 1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
- 1/8teaspoongarlic powder
- 3dashesmustard
- 2slices rawbacon, diced large for top
DIRECTIONS
- PREHEAT 375* Saute bacon til crisp remove and cook onion in small amount of the bacon grease until tender.
- Combine cooked bacon, onion, ketchup, sugar, mustard, beans etc.
- (except for raw bacon) Mix well in bowl.
- Place in casserole dish, top with raw bacon.
- Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupssugar
- 1/2cuphot water
- 1cuplight corn syrup
- 1lb shelledroasted peanuts
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
DIRECTIONS
- Sauce pan: on low heat cook water, sugar and syrup until spins threads when spoon is lifted.
- Add peanuts, cook until brown, add baking soda.
- Pour into greased cookie sheet let harden at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
- 6sweet potatoes
- 3tablespoonsbutter
- 1tablespoonlemon juice
- 1/3-1/2cup log cabinmaple syrup
- marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
- wash and scrub potatoes rub with crisco shortening.
- bake on cookie sheet lined with foil 35-45 minutes until fork goes in easy.
- Spray casserole dish with pam.
- Chop potatoes and mash in bowl, add butter lemon juice and syrup.
- Mix well,place in casserole dish.
- level mixture to ensure even cooking.
- Bake 350* for 30 minutes.
- Remove add marshmallows on top and broil until lightly toasted.
- DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED, BROWNING WILL NOT TAKE LONG!
- the potatoes can be baked the day before to save on time.

INGREDIENTS
- 1packagetaco seasoning mix
- 1lbground beef
- 1 (8 ounce)canrefried beans
- 1 (4 ounce)can slicedblack olives, drained
- 1cup shreddedlettuce
- 2diced tomatoes
- 8ouncessour cream
- 2 finely slicedgreen onions
- 1dashTabasco sauce
- 1cup shreddedcheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Brown meat, dash tabasco, mix, drain.
- Mix beans with seasoning, spread evenly onto serving platter, spread sour cream over beans.
- Sprinkle beef over sour cream followed by lettuce, cheese, onion, tomato and then olives.
- In that order.
- Chill.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
