INGREDIENTS
- 4mediumpotatoes
- 2tablespoonsolive oil
- 1teaspoonoregano
- 1teaspoonbasil
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2teaspoononion powder
- 2sheetsaluminum foil(aprox 9 x 12)
DIRECTIONS
- slice potatoes.
- place on foil.
- add rest of ingredients.
- mix well.
- wrap foil leaving a little room for heat to circulate.
- grill aprox 45 minunets.
- carefully open foil.
- serve.
- Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS
- 6cupsboiling water
- 1lbFrench beans, cleaned,cut in 1 inch lengths
- 4mediumpotatoes, chopped finely
- 3tomatoes, peeled,chopped
- 1/4lbvermicelli

For the aillade
- 3clovesgarlic
- 1cupfresh basil
- 1 grilledtomato, peeled and seeded
- gratedgruyere cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Put the beans, potatoes and tomatoes into the boiling water.
- Season with salt and pepper and boil over a hot fire.
- When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the vermicelli and finish cooking gently.
- Make the aillade: In a blender, blend the garlic, basil and grilled tomato until thoroughly smooth.
- Add 3 tablespoonfuls of the liquid from the pistou (soup).
- Pour the pistou into a tureen, stir in the aillade and top with some grated Gruyere (Swiss) cheese.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbgarlic scapes, trimmed and cut into green-bean sized pieces
- 1green pepper
- 1red pepper
- 1summer squash
- 2lbs smallred potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled
- 1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil, with rosemary(or add a pinch of dried rosemary to plain olive oil)
- 1/4cup rawsunflower seeds
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Chop garlic scapes, green pepper, red pepper, and summer squash into chunks.
- Place in the top part of steamer.
- Place potatoes and water to cover in bottom half of steamer.
- Cover, place over high heat.
- Boil for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are soft and potatoes are cooked.
- Cut potatoes in half.
- Toss with vegetables, olive oil, sunflower seeds, and salt and pepper to taste.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 2tablespoonssugar
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4cupbutter, cold
- 1largeegg
- 2/3cupbuttermilk
- 4-6ounceswhite chocolate chips
- raspberry jam
- whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
- Lightly grease a baking pan and preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and incorporate into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter, or a fork, until evenly incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and buttermilk together and stir lightly into the flour mixture.
- Mix in the chips.
- Knead dough together, just until mixed.
- This is a fairly wet dough-do not add too much flour or handle too much or the scones will get tough.
- On a lightly floured surface, pat or roll the dough out to about 1-inch thick.
- Cut with a round 2-inch floured cookie cutter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake about 15 minutes, or until scones are a light golden brown.
- Serve with jam and whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 (16 ounce)canspork and beans
- 1(12-16 ounce)packagebeef hot dogs
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1teaspoonolive oil
- 4teaspoonsbrown Sugar Twin
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the hot dogs into bite-size pieces.
- In large frying pan add oil, hot dogs and the onion.
- Fry until onions are tender and the hot dogs are browned.
- Pour pork & beans into the pan and add the brown sugar twin.
- Simmer on medium low heat for 20 minutes.
