INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncessemisweet chocolate
- 3tablespoonsbutter
- 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milkor low fatsweetened condensed milk
- 2cupsbiscuit mix
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1cuppeanut butter chips
DIRECTIONS
- Melt Chocolate and butter with condensed milk; remove from heat. Add biscuit mix and vanilla.
- With mixer, beat until smooth and well blended.
- Let mixture cool to room temperature.
- Stir in peanut butter chips Shape into 1 1/2″ (3cm) balls.
- Place 2″ apart on parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 6-8 minutes or until tops are lightly crusty.
- Cool.
- Store tightly covered at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)can refrigerated layerbiscuits
- 2cups gratedcheddar cheese or swiss cheese(8 oz)
- 1/2cupmayonnaise(or more if needed for desired consistency)
- 1smallonion, chopped
- 8slicesbacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
- 2tablespoonssugar
- 1/4-1/2teaspoongarlic salt
- 5dropshot pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Combine the cheese, mayo, onion, bacon, sugar, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture, spreading evenly, on each biscuit round.
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden.

INGREDIENTS
- 1onion(diced)
- 1/2cupbutter
- 11ouncescream cheese(cut into chunks)
- 1lbcrabmeat
- 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
- 3-5dropsTabasco sauce
- 1dashred peppers(crushed)
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in a pot on low heat: add onions, cook until soft.
- Add cheese,crabmeat,& seasonings, stirring constantly.
- Keep warm in Fondue.
- Serve with Doritos or white corn tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3cupscornmeal
- 1 1/4cupsflour
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 2cupsbuttermilk(or 2 cups of milk with 2 tbsp. vinegar in it)
- 2eggs
- 4tablespoonsbutteror margarine
DIRECTIONS
- place cornmeal, flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl mix buttermilk and eggs (Mix milk and vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes then add eggs to mixture and stir if not using buttermilk) add wet ingredients to dry ingredients then stir in melted butter.
- stir.
- pour batter on lighty greased pan or griddle.
- flip when suface bubbles appear.
- Serve with maple syrup or regular pancake sryrup.

- 1/2lbdried apricots
- 1/2lbraisins
- 1/2lbgolden raisins
- 2canschunk pineapple, with juice
- 1canmandarin oranges, drained
- 1cancherry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in an oven safe casserole dish.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
