Transylvanian Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Meatballs

  2. 1 1/2lean ground beefor lean ground beef
  3. 1/2cupbreadcrumbsor matzo meal
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4cupketchup
  6. 1/4cuponions, grated
  7. 1/2teaspoonmustard
  8. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  9. 1dashblack pepper
  10. Sauce

  11. 1 (24 ounce)cantomato sauce
  12. 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
  13. 1tablespoongranulated sugar
  14. 2tablespoonsvinegar
  15. 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all meatball ingredients and form into 1 inch diameter balls.
  2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.
  3. Drop uncooked meatballs into simmering sauce, one at a time.
  4. Cook for one hour, stirring occassionally, very carefully so as not to break up the meatballs.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, or your usual sidedish.

Easy Crock Pot Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (908 g)packages precookedmeatballs
  2. 1 (500 ml)jarchili sauce
  3. 1 (500 ml)jar welch’sgrape jelly

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large crock pot, combine all ingredients and set to cook on high.
  2. Let cook at least 6 hours, stirring every so often.

Chocolate Chippers Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsshortening
  2. 2cupssugar
  3. 1cupbrown sugar
  4. 4largeeggs
  5. 4teaspoonsvanilla
  6. 4cupsflour
  7. 2teaspoonsbaking soda
  8. 1tablespoonsalt
  9. 24ounceschocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together; beat into creamed mixture and blend well; stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by the teaspoonful, 2″ apart, onto greased cookie sheets; bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown; cool on wire racks.

The Best Spinach Alfredo Pizza Ever Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2/3-1cup classicoalfredo sauce
  2. 25leavesspinach
  3. 1/4cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
  4. 1/4cupparmesan cheese, shredded
  5. pizza dough(enough for one 12-inch pizza)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Roll out the fresh pizza dough into a 12 inch circle, and place onto your stone or sheet.
  2. Spread the alfredo sauce around and out to the edges and then lay the spinach on top of that, making sure not to overlap pieces of spinach.
  3. Then sprinkle cheeses on top and bake at 475 for 10-13 minutes, or whatever you normally bake your pizza pie at.

Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (18 ounce)package doublefudge cake mix
  2. 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packageinstant chocolate pudding mix
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1/2cupoil
  5. 1/2cupwater
  6. 1cupsour cream
  7. 1 (9 ounce)packagechocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. mix well all ingredients except choc chips.
  2. when well blended, stir in choc chips.
  3. pour into well greased bundt pan.
  4. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  5. cool in pan on wire rack for 30 minutes.
  6. turn out on serving platter.
  7. when cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
