INGREDIENTS

Meatballs
- 1 1/2lean ground beefor lean ground beef
- 1/2cupbreadcrumbsor matzo meal
- 1egg
- 1/4cupketchup
- 1/4cuponions, grated
- 1/2teaspoonmustard
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1dashblack pepper

Sauce
- 1 (24 ounce)cantomato sauce
- 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 1tablespoongranulated sugar
- 2tablespoonsvinegar
- 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all meatball ingredients and form into 1 inch diameter balls.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Drop uncooked meatballs into simmering sauce, one at a time.
- Cook for one hour, stirring occassionally, very carefully so as not to break up the meatballs.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, or your usual sidedish.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (908 g)packages precookedmeatballs
- 1 (500 ml)jarchili sauce
- 1 (500 ml)jar welch’sgrape jelly
DIRECTIONS
- In a large crock pot, combine all ingredients and set to cook on high.
- Let cook at least 6 hours, stirring every so often.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsshortening
- 2cupssugar
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 4largeeggs
- 4teaspoonsvanilla
- 4cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1tablespoonsalt
- 24ounceschocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt together; beat into creamed mixture and blend well; stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by the teaspoonful, 2″ apart, onto greased cookie sheets; bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown; cool on wire racks.

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3-1cup classicoalfredo sauce
- 25leavesspinach
- 1/4cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4cupparmesan cheese, shredded
- pizza dough(enough for one 12-inch pizza)
DIRECTIONS
- Roll out the fresh pizza dough into a 12 inch circle, and place onto your stone or sheet.
- Spread the alfredo sauce around and out to the edges and then lay the spinach on top of that, making sure not to overlap pieces of spinach.
- Then sprinkle cheeses on top and bake at 475 for 10-13 minutes, or whatever you normally bake your pizza pie at.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (18 ounce)package doublefudge cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packageinstant chocolate pudding mix
- 4eggs
- 1/2cupoil
- 1/2cupwater
- 1cupsour cream
- 1 (9 ounce)packagechocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- mix well all ingredients except choc chips.
- when well blended, stir in choc chips.
- pour into well greased bundt pan.
- bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- cool in pan on wire rack for 30 minutes.
- turn out on serving platter.
- when cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
