INGREDIENTS
- 1baghash browns(the little cubed ones)
- 1/4cupbutter
- 1cupcheddar cheese, plus more for topping
- 1containerfat free sour cream
- 1cancream of mushroom soup
- 1cup finely dicedonions
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (4 ounce)packagecream cheese
- 2tablespoonsicing sugar
- 1/3cupbutter, softened
- 2/3cupbrown sugar
- 1egg
- 1teaspoon gratedorange rind
- 2cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 2/3cupmilk
- 1/2cupjam(I use homemade but store bought will work just fine, Only use your favorite!)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend cream cheese and icing sugar on high speed in blender.
- Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
- Beat in egg and orange rind.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour mixture, alternating with milk to creamed mixture.
- Stir until blended.
- Half fill muffin pan with batter. Add 1 tbsp cheesecake mixture.
- Add 1 tsp jam (or a little bit more:) and top with remaining batter.
- Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until firm.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupshortening
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 1cupbrown sugar, firmly packed
- 2largeeggs
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1cup uncookedoats
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1cupflaked coconut
- 1cupcrisp rice cereal
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1cuppecans, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Beat shortening at medium speed with electric mixer until fluffy; add sugars, beating well.
- Add eggs, beating until blended.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating until blended.
- Stir in coconut, cereal, vanilla, and pecans.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets.
- Bake in batches at 350°F for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove to wire racks to cool.

INGREDIENTS
- 6chicken breasts(either boneless or with bone but remove skin)
- salt and pepper
- 1/4cupDijon mustard
- 1/3cupplain yogurt
- 1/2cup finefresh breadcrumbs
- 1teaspoonthyme
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
- Mix mustard into yogurt.
- In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Spread each piece of chicken with mustard mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 45-50 minutes for bone-in chicken.
- 30-35 minutes for boneless chicken.
- Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 3tablespoonsbuttermilk baking mix
- 1/4cupshortening or lard(standard size icecream scoop!)
- 3/4cupmilk
- meltedbutter, for brushing on finished biscuits
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Cut in the shortning or lard.
- Add milk and stir until just combined (mixture will be wet) let stand for 5 minutes.
- Dump mixture onto a well floured board, dust with flour and knead twice (again, mixture will be sticky).
- Gently pat the mixture into a half inch thick circle and cut with floured biscuit cutter.
- Place on non-stick baking sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter and serve piping hot!
- Enjoy.
