INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10 ounce)packagebutterscotch chips
- 1/2cupbutter(no substitutes)
- 2cupsgraham cracker crumbs(about 32 squares)
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1cansweetened condensed milk
- 1egg
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1cup choppedpecans
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 325 degrees.
- grease a 13×9-in baking pan.
- in a micowave-safe dish, heat the butterscotch chips and butter until melted about 1-1/2-2 mins, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
- add the cracker crumbs to the melted butter and melted butterscotch chips; set aside 2/3 cup.
- press the remaining crumb mixture into greased prepared pan.
- in a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- add the sweetened milk, egg and vanilla; mix well.
- stir in pecans.
- pour over the crust.
- sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
- bake for 30-35 mins, or until bars tests for done.
- cool, cut in bars.
- store in the refigerator.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupunsalted butter
- 2cupsunbleached white flour
- 1cupsugar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 2largeeggs, beaten
- 1cupsour cream
- 1/4cuplemon juice
- 1lemon, juice and zest of
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease muffin tins.
- Melt the butter and let cool.
- Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs and sour cream in a smaller bowl.
- Stir in the butter, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and zest and juice of lemon.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix with as few strokes as possible.
- Don’t overmix.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupbutter
- 1 1/2cupssugar
- 1/2cupsour cream
- 3cupsflour
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1tablespoonlemon juice
- additionalsugar
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add sour cream; blend well.
- Add vanilla and lemon juice or extract.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Chill 3 to 4 hours.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease cookie sheets.
- Shape dough into small balls and roll in extra sugar.
- Flatten balls using the bottom of a glass after arranging on cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspooncream of tartar
- 1cupunsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2cupsconfectioners’ sugar
- 1largeegg
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and cream of tartar together in a medium bowl and with a wire whisk, stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, using a hand-held mixer at medium speed, beat the butter for 30 seconds, or until creamy.
- Add the sugar and continue beating for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is light in texture and color.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat well.
- At low speed beat in the flour mixture, in two additions, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375°F.
- On a well-floured surface, roll out half of dough at a time to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Using a cookie cutter cut into shapes and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned at edges.
- Cool. Decorate as desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 5cupsflour
- 1tablespoonginger
- 1tablespoonbaking soda
- 1cupmargarine
- 1cupbrown sugar, firmly packed
- 2largeeggs
- 1cupmolasses
- 2tablespoonsvinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl.
- Cream margarine, add sugar then eggs one at a time.
- Now add the molasses and vinegar.
- Mix in the flour.
- Roll out and use cookie cutters.
- Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
- After they are baked you can decorate the way you like.
