INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 2largeeggs, separated
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 4tablespoonscocoa
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1cup choppedwalnuts
- 1/2cupmilk chocolate chips
- 1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2cupbutterscotch chips
- 1cupminiature marshmallows
- 1cup firmly packedbrown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Beat butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy then add in egg yolks, one at a time, until blended.
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt until well combined then fold into the butter mixture.
- Stir in milk chocolate chips.
- Press mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and marshmallows.
- Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form then fold in the brown sugar.
- Spread egg whites over the mixture in pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a crust is formed.
- Cut into 36 bars.

INGREDIENTS
- 8slicesbacon(or more)
- 2cupsfrozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2cups shredded oldcheddar cheese(can use more or less cheese)
- 6eggs, beaten
- 1cupmilkor half-and-half
- 2 thinly slicedgreen onions
- salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter 4 individual 1-cup shallow baking dishes or one medium-size baking dish.
- Cook bacon in a large frypan, until crisp; drain.
- Reserve about 3-4 tablespoons bacon drippings.
- Fry hash brown potatoes in the bacon drippings until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Divide potatoes evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dishes or dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese, then with bacon.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and green onions; pour evenly into dishes.
- Bake uncovered for about 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 6large bakedpotatoes
- 1/3cup hotmilk
- 2teaspoonssalt
- 1/4lb gratedcheese(I just dump some in from a pre-grated bag)
- 1/8teaspoonpaprika
DIRECTIONS
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
- Mash thoroughly.
- Add cheese and hot milk and beat with egg beater until smooth.
- Mix with the potatoes and seasoning;whip until light and creamy.
- Refill the potatoe shells and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes about 375-400 degrees.

INGREDIENTS
- 8-10mediumpotatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 1/4cupsmilk
- 1enveloperanch dressing mix
- 1 1/2cups shreddedcheddar cheese, divided
- salt and pepper
- 6slicesbacon, cooked and crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- Add the potatoes to a saucepan.
- Add water to cover.
- Bring to a boil; cook about 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender; drain.
- Place drained potatoes into a greased 13×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the soup, milk, salad dressing mix, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper to taste; pour over potatoes.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonsvegetable oil
- 1cup choppedonions
- 1cup choppedyellow bell peppers
- 3clovesgarlic, minced
- 2teaspoonsdried oregano
- 1 1/2teaspoonsground cumin
- 1-2tablespoonchili powder
- 2 (15 ounce)cansblack beans, rinsed and drained
- 3cups choppedcooked turkey
- 1 (16 ounce)canpumpkin
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce)candiced tomatoes, undrained
- 3cupschicken broth
- 1/2cupcream sherry
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a large dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, yellow bell pepper, and garlic; stir and cook for about 8 minutes or until soft.
- Add in oregano, cumin, and chili powder.
- Cook and stir 1 minute.
- Add in black beans, turkey, pumpkin, tomatoes with liquid, broth, sherry, and salt/pepper to taste.
- Bring mixture to a boil; stir occasionally.
- Lower heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
