INGREDIENTS
- 1pastry for double-crust pie(top & bottom)
- 1 1/2cupsfrozen spinach
- 1 choppedonion
- 1/4teaspoonnutmeg
- 1teaspoonoregano
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2eggs, beaten
- 1cup gratedswiss cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the bottom crust in your pie plate.
- Cook the spinach, drain it, and chop it finely.
- Saute the chopped onion in a little cooking spray.
- Mix together the spinach, the onion, and the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Add the top crust and seal.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 34Oreo cookies, divided
- 1/4cupbutteror margarine, melted
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce)jarmarshmallow creme
- 1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3cupwalnuts, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Coarsely chop 8 cookies; set aside.
- Finely crush remaining 26 cookies.
- Mix finely crushed cookies and butter in bowl.
- Press firmly in bottom of greased 8×8x2 inch or 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Place marshmallow creme over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts and chopped cookies over marshmallow layer, pressing gently.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until marshmallow creme puffs slightly.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Cut into triangles or squares to serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 4cupswater, divided
- 1cup groundwheat
- salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
- Mix together the extra 1 cup of water, ground wheat and salt.
- Add them to the boiling water, stirring contstantly while it thickens to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat and cook it for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with milk or soy milk or honey or molasses.

INGREDIENTS

Base
- 1cupmargarine, melted
- 1 1/2cupspeanut butter
- 1 1/2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
- 1boxconfectioners’ sugar

Topping
- 1/2cuppeanut butter
- 1 (12 ounce)bagsemi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Base: Melt margarine in bowl in microwave and add remaining base ingredients.
- Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Topping: Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in microwave or top of double boiler.
- Stir until smooth.
- Spread over base and chill before cutting.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbslean ground beef
- 1-2tablespoon gratedparmesan cheese
- 1-2clove fresh mincedgarlic (optional)
- 2 (8 ounce)canstomato sauce(seasoned or plain)
- salt and pepper
- 1cupcream-style cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese
- 1/4cupsour cream
- 1/3cup choppedscallionsor green onions
- 2tablespoonsgreen peppers, chopped
- 1 (7 ounce)packagespaghetti, cooked and tossed with oil
- 2-3tablespoonsbutter, melted
- 1-2cup gratedmozzarella cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 2-qt casserole dish.
- Brown ground beef with 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, (and garlic, if using); drain off any fat.
- Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper, cook and simmer over med-low heat for 25-30 mins; remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper.
- Spread half of the cooked and drained spaghetti in prepared casserole dish.
- Cover with the cheese mixture.
- Add remaining spaghetti, and drizzle the melted butter on top.
- Spread the tomato/meat sauce over the top of the spaghetti.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or overnight, to blend the flavors.
- Remove from the fridge 20 mins before baking.
- Bake for 45 mins, or until hot and bubbly.
- If desired top with 1-2 cups grated mozzeralla cheese the last 15 mins of baking.
