INGREDIENTS
- 1lbbottom round steaks, cubes
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 1/2lbfresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1clovegarlic, minced
- 2tablespoonstomato paste
- 1/2cup goodBurgundy wine(Do Not Use Cooking Wine)
- 1cuplow sodium beef broth
- 1tablespooncornstarch
- 1/2packagewide egg noodles
DIRECTIONS
- Brown beef cubes in oil.
- Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and saute’ 3-5 minutes (being careful not to burn garlic).
- Add broth, tomato paste and wine; simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender.
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water in samll bowl.
- Stir into beef burgundy.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over noodles.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupslump crabmeat
- 2cups of softfresh breadcrumbs
- 1 (10 ounce)canlow-sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3cupmayonnaise
- 1smallonion, finely chopped
- 1/3cupcelery, very finely chopped
- 1pinchsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 3eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 1cup gratedcheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix first 8 ingrdients in a bowl.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
- Pour Crab mixture into baking dish.
- Combine eggs and milk and pour over mixture in dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
- 3cans friedapples
- 3/4cupflour
- 1cupsugar
- 1/2cupbutter
- 16ouncesVelveeta cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put apples in 2 qt casserole dish.
- Mix flour and sugar in medium bowl.
- Cut in butter and cheese.
- Sprinkle on top of apples.
- Bake 45 minutes to an hour.

INGREDIENTS
- 2largechicken breasts
- 64ounceschicken broth
- 2cupsbroccoli, chopped
- 2stalkscelery, sliced
- 1cupzucchini, chopped
- 1smallonion, chopped
- 4clovesgarlic
- 1/2teaspoonpoultry seasoning
- 1teaspooncajun seasoning
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1tablespoondried parsley
- 2bay leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Simmer chicken, chicken broth, bay leaves, poultry seasoning, cajun seasoning, salt, parsley, garlic, celery and onions in large pot for a couple of hours or until chicken is falling apart.
- Add broccoli and zucchini, cook until tender.
- Remove bay leaves.
- Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonbutter
- 1/2red onion, finely chopped
- 1red pepper or green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1smalljalapeno pepper, minced
- 8eggs
- 1/4cup gratedparmesan cheese
- 1/2teaspoonTabasco sauce
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 1/2teaspoonoregano
DIRECTIONS
- melt butter in frying pan over medium heat Add onion and stir for 2 min add red pepper and jalepeno cook 2 minute more.
- remove from heat In a large bowl whisk eggs stir in cheese tabasco and seasoning add onion mixture.
- bake in oven at 350 degrees whisk before pouring in to 9 inch pie plate sprayed with Pam.
- If making ahead wait until the onion mixture has cooled before adding cover and refridgerate overnight if desired.
