INGREDIENTS
- 18 1/2ouncesyellow cake mix
- 1/4cupbutter
- 2eggs
- 1cuplight sour cream
- 21ouncesapple pie filling
- 1/3cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspooncinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly; reserve 1/2 cup.
- Press remaining crumb mixture into 8-inch square pan.
- Blend remaining egg with sour cream; spoon over crust.
- Stir apple filling with brown sugar and cinnamon, spoon over sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is lightly browned.
- Cool before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1graham cracker, crushed
- 1packagelemon gelatin
- 2/3cupboiling water
- 1cuplow fat cottage cheese
- 8ouncesneufchatel cheese
- 2cupsCool Whip Lite
- 1cupcherry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
- Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the graham cracker crumbs; set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a small bowl, stirring 2 minutes.
- Pour into blender container.
- Add cheeses; cover.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally.
- Pour into large bowl.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spread in prepared pie plate.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs around outside edge, leaving center plain.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Just before serving, gently spread pie filling onto center of cheesecake.

INGREDIENTS
- 1quartvanilla frozen yogurt
- 20ouncesOreo cookies
- 6tablespoonsmargarine, melted
- 1 1/2cupsskim milk
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce)packagesinstant pistachio pudding mix
- 8ouncesCool Whip Lite, thawed
DIRECTIONS
- Soften ice cream while preparing crust.
- Place cookies in a food processor or blender; cover and process until fine crumbs form.
- Stir in butter.
- Set aside 1 cup for topping.
- Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13×9 dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add ice cream; mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top, pressing down lighty.
- Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from freezer 20 minutes before cutting.

- 1lbground beef
- 1canRotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1can mildchili with beans(any brand)
- 2cansblack beans
- 2cansred kidney beans
DIRECTIONS
- In a large sauce pan mix ground beef, tomatoes and green chilies, can of chili, black beans, red kidney beans.
- Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3cupsugar
- 1/4cupcocoa
- 3tablespoonscornstarch
- 1/8teaspoonsalt
- 2cupsskim milk
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- In a 2-qt. microwave-safe bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
- Stir in milk until smooth.
- Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes; stir.
- Microwave 4-6 minutes longer or until thickened, stirring after each minute.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into individual serving dishes; cool.
- Refrigerate.
- Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
