Quick Apple Crumb Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 18 1/2ouncesyellow cake mix
  2. 1/4cupbutter
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1cuplight sour cream
  5. 21ouncesapple pie filling
  6. 1/3cupbrown sugar
  7. 1teaspooncinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly; reserve 1/2 cup.
  2. Press remaining crumb mixture into 8-inch square pan.
  3. Blend remaining egg with sour cream; spoon over crust.
  4. Stir apple filling with brown sugar and cinnamon, spoon over sour cream mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup crumb mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is lightly browned.
  7. Cool before serving.

Light Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1graham cracker, crushed
  2. 1packagelemon gelatin
  3. 2/3cupboiling water
  4. 1cuplow fat cottage cheese
  5. 8ouncesneufchatel cheese
  6. 2cupsCool Whip Lite
  7. 1cupcherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the graham cracker crumbs; set aside.
  3. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a small bowl, stirring 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into blender container.
  5. Add cheeses; cover.
  6. Blend on medium speed until smooth, scraping down sides occasionally.
  7. Pour into large bowl.
  8. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  9. Spread in prepared pie plate.
  10. Sprinkle remaining crumbs around outside edge, leaving center plain.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Just before serving, gently spread pie filling onto center of cheesecake.

Frozen Pistachio Cookie Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1quartvanilla frozen yogurt
  2. 20ouncesOreo cookies
  3. 6tablespoonsmargarine, melted
  4. 1 1/2cupsskim milk
  5. 2 (3 1/2 ounce)packagesinstant pistachio pudding mix
  6. 8ouncesCool Whip Lite, thawed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soften ice cream while preparing crust.
  2. Place cookies in a food processor or blender; cover and process until fine crumbs form.
  3. Stir in butter.
  4. Set aside 1 cup for topping.
  5. Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13×9 dish.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
  7. Gradually add ice cream; mix well.
  8. Fold in whipped topping.
  9. Spread over crust.
  10. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top, pressing down lighty.
  11. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before cutting.

  1. 1lbground beef
  2. 1canRotel tomatoes & chilies
  3. 1can mildchili with beans(any brand)
  4. 2cansblack beans
  5. 2cansred kidney beans

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large sauce pan mix ground beef, tomatoes and green chilies, can of chili, black beans, red kidney beans.
  2. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Thick Chocolate Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/3cupsugar
  2. 1/4cupcocoa
  3. 3tablespoonscornstarch
  4. 1/8teaspoonsalt
  5. 2cupsskim milk
  6. 1teaspoonvanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a 2-qt. microwave-safe bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
  2. Stir in milk until smooth.
  3. Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes; stir.
  4. Microwave 4-6 minutes longer or until thickened, stirring after each minute.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour into individual serving dishes; cool.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
