INGREDIENTS
- 16ouncesBoboli pizza crusts
- 2cups shreddedchickens
- 3/4cup spicy shreddedcheese
- 1avocado, sliced
- 1cupsour cream
- 3jalapeno peppers, fresh and sliced
- 2anaheim chilies, halved and seeded
- 2red sweet peppers, halved and seeded
- 1clove mincedgarlic
- 1 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspooncumin
DIRECTIONS
- Place Anaheim and red peppers cut side down on greased foil lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 for 20 min.
- Wrap in foil and let stand 10 min.
- Remove skins with knife.
- Chop and put in a blender.
- Add garlic, oil, salt and cumin.
- Blend until mixture becomes a smooth sauce.
- Place Boboli shell on pizza pan and spread sauce over crust.
- Bake at 425 for 5 min.
- Top with chicken and cheese.
- Bake 10 min or until crust and toppings are heated to your taste.
- Top with Avacado, Sour cream and jalepenos.
- Cut and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbrigatoni pasta, cooked
- 2teaspoonsolive oil
- 1clovegarlic, minced
- 2jalapenos, minced no seeds
- 1 (28 ounce)cantomatoes, undrained
- 2tablespoonschili powder
- 1 1/2teaspoonscumin
- 1teaspoondried oregano
- 8ounces cubedcooked chicken
- 1can slicedolives
- 1cupmonterey jack cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375.
- While cooking pasta heat oil over medium heat in a frying pan.
- Add garlic and jalepenos.
- Cook 3 minutes.
- Add chili powder, stir 1 minute.
- Mixture will be thick and powdery.
- Add tomatoes with liquid, cumin, and oregano.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Combine drained pasta, chicken, olives, 3/4 c.
- of the cheese and sauce.
- Pour into 2 quart baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover loosely with foil.
- Bake 15 minutes until heated through.

INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 3/4cup choppedonions
- 6cupswater
- 6chicken bouillon cubes
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/8teaspoongarlic salt
- 2packages choppedfrozen broccoli
- 6cupsmilk
- 1lbVelveeta cheese, cubed
- 8ouncesegg noodles
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in large pan.
- Add onion, saute’ 3 minutes.
- Add water and bouillon cubes.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally until cubes are dissolved.
- Add noodles and salt.
- Cook, uncoverd 3 minutes.
- Stir in frozen broccoli and garlic salt.
- Cook 4 minutes.
- Turn down heat.
- Add milk and cheese.
- Continue cooking until cheese melts.
- Stirring frequently.
- Do not allow to boil once milk and cheese has been added.
- Can be left on stove on low heat for up to an hour or left on low in a crockpot.
- Is still wonderful reheated.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonbaking powder
- 1egg
- 1/4teaspoonmargarine
- 2 1/2tablespoonsmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together, roll out.
- Let stand 20 minutes.
- Cut into desired size of noodle.
- Add to chicken broth and cook until desired consistency.
- About 30 to 45 minutes.
- We serve over mashed potatoes.
- For a more soup like noodle add more broth and some vegetables if desired.

INGREDIENTS

For the brownies
- 2/3cup blanchedwhole almonds, toasted
- 1 (8 ounce)packagesemisweet baking chocolate
- 1/3cupbutteror margarine
- 1 1/4cupsall-purpose flour
- 1cupsugar
- 2tablespoonsAmaretto
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt

For the Frosting
- 2cupspowdered sugar
- 3tablespoonsbutter or margarine, softened
- 1tablespoonAmaretto
- 1tablespoonmilk(1 to 2 tablespoons)
- 2eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350º and grease rectangular pan, 13 × 9 × 2 inches.
- Put 1/3 cup of the almonds in food processor.
- Cover and process, using”pulse” button, util almonds are ground; set aside.
- Chop remaining 1/3 cup almonds; reserve.
- Melt chocolate and butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
- Stir in ground almonds and remaining ingredients in brownie list.
- Spread in pan.
- Bake 22 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Prepare Amaretto Frosting by mixing all ingredients in frosting list until smooth.
- Spread frosting on brownies.
- Sprinkle with reserved chopped almonds.
- Cut into about 3 × 1-inch bars.
