INGREDIENTS
- 1cuplight corn syrupor dark corn syrup
- 1/2cup firmly packedbrown sugar
- 3tablespoonsprepared mustard
- 1/2teaspoonground ginger
- 1dashground cloves
DIRECTIONS
- In 2-quart saucepan combine all ingredients.
- Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes.
- Brush frequently on ham during last 1/2 hour of baking.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbssweet Italian turkey sausage(or other)
- 1mediumgreen pepper, chopped
- 1smallonion, chopped
- 2tablespoons mincedgarlic
- 8cupswater
- 28ouncesdiced tomatoes, undrained
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 2teaspoonschicken bouillon granules
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoondried basil
- 1teaspoondried thyme
- 1teaspoondried oregano
- 2 1/2cupsfarfalle pasta(bow tie, approx. 1/2 box)
- fresh-gratedmozzarella cheeseor parmesan cheese or romano cheese(or all)(optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Remove sausage casings& cut into 1/2″ pieces.
- In large kettle, cook sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Remove with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2 T.
- drippings in the pan.
- Saute pepper, onion and garlic 4-5 minutes or until tender.
- Add the water, tomatoes, sugar, Worcestershire, bouillon, salt, basil, thyme, oregano& sausage.
- Bring to a boil; add pasta.
- Reduce heat& simmer uncovered 18-22 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Serve w/ grated cheese on top, if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milk
- 1/3cuplemon juice concentrate
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 24prepared tart shells(2 or 3-inch)
- mixed fruit(strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, orange segments, cherries, kiwi fruit, grapes or pi)
- 1/4cupapple jelly, melted
DIRECTIONS
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spoon equal portions into crusts.
- Top with fruit; brush with jelly.
- Chill 2 hours or until set.
- Refrigerate leftovers.

INGREDIENTS

Cake
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 1lbbrown sugar
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 2teaspoonssalt
- 6egg whites
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 3cupspecans

Icing
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 1/4cup meltedmargarine
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 2tablespoonswater
- 1/2cup choppednuts
DIRECTIONS
- Mix and sift dry ingredients.
- Beat egg whites with vanilla until stiff but not dry.
- Mix well with dry ingredients.
- Add pecans.
- Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour at 325 degress.
- Mix all ingredients for icing and pour over cake.
- Bake 5 minutes more.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupyellow cornmeal
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 4boneless skinless chicken breast halves(about 1 1/4 pounds)
- 2tablespoonsvegetable oil

Fresh Peach Salsa
- 3cups chopped peeledpeaches
- 1largetomato, chopped(1 cup)
- 1/4cupfresh cilantro
- 3tablespoonsvegetable oil
- 2tablespoonswhite vinegar
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare Fresh Peach Salsa.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken with cornmeal mixture.
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken in oil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
- Serve with the peach salsa.
