Broccoli Quiche Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsbroccoli
  2. 3eggs
  3. 6ouncescheddar cheese(cubed)
  4. 3tablespoonsflour
  5. 2cupscottage cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Steam broccoli Combines all remaining ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add broccoli when finished steaming.
  3. Put in a pie pan Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 1/2cupstomato ketchup
  3. 3tablespoonsbrown sugar
  4. 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
  5. 1tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 1tablespooncider vinegar
  7. 1teaspoon groundhot red pepper flakes
  8. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients for the sauce in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken,try to coat it well in the sauce.
  3. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked all the way through.
  4. Then shred or cut up the chicken, and replace it in the BBQ sauce in the pot; mix it all up so all the pieces are coated.
  5. You can keep the crockpot on low to keep the chicken warm for serving on hard rolls.

Rainbow Treats Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3tablespoonsbutteror margarine
  2. 1 (10 ounce)packagemini marshmallows
  3. 6cups of fruity pebblescereal(or store brand)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows.
  3. Stir until melted and mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Immediately add cereal.
  6. Mix lightly until well coated.
  7. Press firmly into lighty greased 13×9x2-inch pan.
  8. Cool completely;cut into squares.
  9. Microwave: Microwave margarine or butter in large microwavable bowl at HIGH (100% power) 45 seconds or until melted.
  10. Add marshmallows;toss to coat.
  11. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and mixture is smooth, stirring after 45 seconds.
  12. Proceed with step#5.
  13. (You can also add rainbow colored chocolate candies into the mixture.).

Moist & Chewy Caramel Apple Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 2cupsgranulated sugar
  3. 2teaspoonssalt
  4. 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking soda
  5. 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1 1/4cups undilutedevaporated milk, divided
  7. 1/3cupwater
  8. 2eggs, slightly beaten
  9. 2cups peeled cored choppedapples
  10. 1/3cup packedbrown sugar
  11. 1cupflaked coconut
  12. 1/2cup choppednuts
  13. 20vanilla caramels, unwrapped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder in large bowl.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk, water, eggs and apples in medium bowl.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread batter into greased 13 by 9 inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar then coconut and nuts over top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.
  8. Cover loosely with aluminum foil if topping is becoming too brown.
  9. Meanwhile, combine remaining 3/4 cup evaporated milk and caramels in small saucepan.
  10. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is smoothly combined.
  11. Pour evenly over hot cake.
  12. Cool completely before serving.

Easy Acorn Squash Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1acorn squash
  2. 2tablespoonsbutter
  3. 2teaspoonsdark brown sugar
  4. 1pinchfresh ground black pepper
  5. 1pinch freshly groundsea salt
  6. thyme (optional)
  7. nutmeg (optional)
  8. cinnamon (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400 Cut acorn squash in half.
  2. Scoop out seeds using an ice cream scoop, sharp spoon, or melon baller.
  3. Spread butter on cut edges and insides of each half.
  4. Place halves on baking sheet (lined with foil, if you wish).
  5. Sprinkle sugar inside each half.
  6. Scatter in each small amount of salt, greater amt.of pepper and desired herbs.
  7. Bake for one hour.
  8. (Freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon is nice. thyme is nice with nutmeg or by itself.).
