INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsbroccoli
- 3eggs
- 6ouncescheddar cheese(cubed)
- 3tablespoonsflour
- 2cupscottage cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Steam broccoli Combines all remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Add broccoli when finished steaming.
- Put in a pie pan Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

INGREDIENTS
- 2boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2cupstomato ketchup
- 3tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 1tablespoonsoy sauce
- 1tablespooncider vinegar
- 1teaspoon groundhot red pepper flakes
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce in the crockpot.
- Add the chicken,try to coat it well in the sauce.
- Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked all the way through.
- Then shred or cut up the chicken, and replace it in the BBQ sauce in the pot; mix it all up so all the pieces are coated.
- You can keep the crockpot on low to keep the chicken warm for serving on hard rolls.

INGREDIENTS
- 3tablespoonsbutteror margarine
- 1 (10 ounce)packagemini marshmallows
- 6cups of fruity pebblescereal(or store brand)
DIRECTIONS
- Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows.
- Stir until melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately add cereal.
- Mix lightly until well coated.
- Press firmly into lighty greased 13×9x2-inch pan.
- Cool completely;cut into squares.
- Microwave: Microwave margarine or butter in large microwavable bowl at HIGH (100% power) 45 seconds or until melted.
- Add marshmallows;toss to coat.
- Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and mixture is smooth, stirring after 45 seconds.
- Proceed with step#5.
- (You can also add rainbow colored chocolate candies into the mixture.).

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 2cupsgranulated sugar
- 2teaspoonssalt
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- 1 1/4cups undilutedevaporated milk, divided
- 1/3cupwater
- 2eggs, slightly beaten
- 2cups peeled cored choppedapples
- 1/3cup packedbrown sugar
- 1cupflaked coconut
- 1/2cup choppednuts
- 20vanilla caramels, unwrapped
DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder in large bowl.
- Combine 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk, water, eggs and apples in medium bowl.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Spread batter into greased 13 by 9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar then coconut and nuts over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil if topping is becoming too brown.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining 3/4 cup evaporated milk and caramels in small saucepan.
- Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is smoothly combined.
- Pour evenly over hot cake.
- Cool completely before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1acorn squash
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 2teaspoonsdark brown sugar
- 1pinchfresh ground black pepper
- 1pinch freshly groundsea salt
- thyme (optional)
- nutmeg (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 400 Cut acorn squash in half.
- Scoop out seeds using an ice cream scoop, sharp spoon, or melon baller.
- Spread butter on cut edges and insides of each half.
- Place halves on baking sheet (lined with foil, if you wish).
- Sprinkle sugar inside each half.
- Scatter in each small amount of salt, greater amt.of pepper and desired herbs.
- Bake for one hour.
- (Freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon is nice. thyme is nice with nutmeg or by itself.).
