INGREDIENTS
- 3tablespoonsunsalted butter
- 3tablespoonsflour
- 2/3cupale
- 10ouncesextra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1teaspoonEnglish mustard
- 1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
- 2-3dropsTabasco sauce
- 6English muffins, split in halves, toasted
- 6slicesbacon, cooked to crispy
- choppedparsley, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add the flour and whisk to make a roux.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Whisk in the ale and boil the mixture for 3 minutes while whisking.
- Reduce heat to low, add the Cheddar cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, and Tabasco pepper sauce, and cook, stirring, until hot but not boiling.
- Spoon the Cheddar mixture over the toasted muffins, garnish with parsley and serve with crispy bacon.

INGREDIENTS
- 2eggs, beaten
- 1cupsugar
- 3/4cupvegetable oilor canola oil
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packageinstant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1/2teaspoonnutmeg
- 1/2teaspoonginger
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 1cuppumpkin puree(canned or cooked mashed)
- 1/2cup choppedpecans (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9×5-in loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar and oil.
- Beat until blended.
- Sift together the next 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add to the egg/sugar mixture alternately with the pumpkin puree, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
- Mix well after each addition.
- Stir in the nuts (if using).
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the cake tests done.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan, and let cool completely.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupsugar
- 3/4cupflour
- 1/3cupbaking cocoa
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2cupsquick-cooking oats
- 1cup candy coatedchocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Layer ingredients in a 1 quart jar.
- Attach a gift card that reads: To make cookies:.
- Preheat oven to 350°F Place contents of jar, 1/2 cup softened butter, 2 tbsps water, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1 egg in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until set.
- Cool 5 minutes, remove to rack, cool.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cupplain yogurt
- 2tablespoonshoney
- 1mediumbanana
DIRECTIONS
- Mash all ingredients together with a fork.
- Smooth over entire face.
- Leave on face for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse off.

INGREDIENTS
- 6eggs
- 6ouncesunsweetened baking chocolate(Bakers is the best)
- 1bottlecorn syrup
- 1cupwhite sugar
- 1quartmilk(do not use Skim)
- 1 1/2loaveswhite bread(Pepperidge Farm White is the best)
DIRECTIONS
- In a double boiler medium heat melt the chocolate.
- Set aside.
- In a pan mix the Sugar and Corn Syrup over low heat for 2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add melted chocolate to the corn syrup mixture.
- Mix well.
- Beat the 6 eggs in a big bowl, slowly add the chocolate and corn syrup mixture to the eggs.
- In yet another pan boil the milk until frothy and remove from heat.
- Break up the bread into small pieces and place it in a large oven safe dish.
- Pour the scalded milk over the bread pieces, add the chocolate mixture too.
- Mix it all together and bake it at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Make sure you mix it every now and then so it does nt dry out.
