INGREDIENTS
- 2loavesfrozen white bread dough, thawed(1 lb. each)
- 1lbground turkey(or beef if you prefer)
- 2cups shreddedcabbage
- 2mediumonions, chopped
- 1/4cupfresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 1teaspoon mincedgarlic
- 6ounces shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1/4cupketchup
- 1egg, slightly beaten
- 1tablespoonmilk
- coarse salt (optional)
- cracked pepper (optional)
- sesame seedsor poppy seeds (optional)
- ketchup, as desired
- mustard, as desired
- barbecue sauce, as desired
- relish, as desired
DIRECTIONS
- Have thawed bread dough ready; heat oven to 350.
- In a skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned (8-10 minutes).
- Drain fat (if using beef).
- Stir in cabbage, onions, parsley, 1/2 t.
- salt, 1/2 t.
- pepper and garlic.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until cabbage is crisp-tender (5-6 mins.).
- Stir in cheese and ketchup.
- Divide each bread loaf into four equal pieces.
- On lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 6 inch circle; place about 1/2 c.
- meat mixture into each circle.
- Carefully pinch the edges together to enclose the meat and form a bun.
- Place seam side down onto a greased cookie sheet or stone.
- In small bowl, stir together the egg and milk; brush each bun with the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle each bun with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- (and/or poppy or sesame seeds) Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
- Serve with toppings desired.
- (These can easily be shaped into the buns, then frozen. To reheat, wrap in foil; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until heated through.).

INGREDIENTS
- 1candiced tomatoes
- 2clovesgarlic, peeled
- 1/2red onion, finely diced
- 1jalapeno
- 1lime, juice of
- 1/2bunchcilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Drain the tomatoes.
- Place the jalapeno (seeded if you like less heat) and the garlic in a food chopper and process until very small mince.
- Add this and the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes and stir well.
- Let sit for an hour or so to let flavors blend.

INGREDIENTS
- 8cups preparedeggnog
- 2cupsmilk
- 12ouncesfrozen orange juice, thawed
- 1/4cupsugar
- 4cupsvanilla ice cream
- nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- In large punch bowl, stir together the eggnog, milk, orange juice concentrate and sugar.
- Float scoops of ice cream in the eggnog mixture.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.

- 1/2cupsugar
- 1cupmilk
- 1cup preparedorange juice(can substitute 1 c. water if desired)
- 1 (6 ounce)canorange juice concentrate
- 12ice cubes
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- In blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend on high until ice dissolves and mixture is frothy.
- (30-60 seconds).

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbpork sausage
- 2linksItalian sausage
- 3slicesbacon
- 4tablespoonsbutteror margarine
- 1/4-1/2cupflour
- 5cupsmilk, approximately
- ham soup base or chicken base(in the soup aisle)
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- brown and crumble the italian and pork sausage in a big pot.
- Cook and crumble the bacon and add to the pot with some of the drippings.
- Add the butter or margarine if there is not a lot of grease.
- DO NOT DRAIN.
- Add the flour to the pan with the sausage to make a sort of roux.
- Cook over medium low for about 5-10 minutes.
- Add the milk and cook for about 10-15 minutes until thick.
- Thin with milk as needed.
- Season with some of the ham base, salt, and pepper as you desire.
