INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cup choppedmixed dried fruit
- 1/4cup choppedmixed glace fruit
- 2tablespoonsport wine
- 1 (250 g)packetcream cheese
- 1/2cup gratedcheddar cheese
- 1teaspoon gratedorange rind
- 3/4cuppoppy seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Combine fruits in bowl, add port, cover and allow to stand for 1-2 hours.
- Beat softened cream cheese and cheddar together in electric mixer, stir in rind and fruit mixture.
- Refrigerate covered for 1 hour.
- Roll mixture into a log shape about 20cm in length, roll in poppy seeds, cover and refrigerated 24 hours.
- Serve with crackers.

- 2tablespoonscocoa(may want to add a little more)

DIRECTIONS
- Mix all together.
- Store in dark bottles in the fridge.
- Don’t tell anyone you have it or it will be gone soon!
- (I have alot of luck mixing this up in a blender).

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/3cupsall-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1 1/2teaspoonsginger
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1egg
- 1cuppure maple syrup
- 1cupsour cream
- 4tablespoons meltedbutteror bacon fat

FROSTING
- 2-3cupsicing sugar, sifted
- 2tablespoons softbutter
- 3tablespoonsmaple syrup
- 1tablespoonsour creamor whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
- Sift together the flour, soda, ginger and salt.
- Beat the egg until it is foamy, then gradually beat in the maple syrup, sour cream, and butter or bacon fat.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, beating until well blended.
- Pour into a greased and lightly floured 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 F.
- for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Combine all the frosting ingredients in a bowl, beat with an electric mixer until smooth, creamy and of spreading consistency.
- Place the icing in big swirls on the cake and sprinkle to taste with chopped walnuts.

INGREDIENTS
- 8ounces finely shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1/2cupmayonnaise
- 3tablespoons finely choppedonions
- 1/2cup oscar mayerbacon bits
- 60 triscuit thin crispscrackers
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except crackers Place crackers on cookie sheet.
- Top with about 1 tsp.
- cheese mixture.
- Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped red and green pepper, if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 1egg, beaten
- 1/4cupfine dry breadcrumbs
- 2tablespoonscatsup
- 2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
- 1teaspoonprepared mustard
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- fresh ground pepper
- 10ounces rectangle kraftCracker Barrel Cheese or flavoredcheese, cut into 36 1/2 inch cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450*.
- Mix ground beef with all the ingreients except cheese.
- Mold 1 TBS meat mixture around a cube of cheese.
- Bake at 450* for 7-10 minutes or until meat is nicely browned on the outside.
