INGREDIENTS
- 2lbschicken legs(skin on or off)
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 1/4cupcornstarch
- 1/3cupsoy sauce
- 1/4cupliquid honey
- 2tablespoonsrice vinegaror white vinegar
- 3-4 mincedfresh garlic cloves
- 2green onions, thinly sliced
- 2tablespoonstoasted sesame seeds
- 1teaspoon asianhot chili sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 425 degrees.
- Butter a 13×9-in baking pan.
- Place the chicken legs in baking dish.
- In a bowl, gradually whisk milk into cornstarch.
- Whisk in soy sauce, honey, vinegar and garlic.
- Pour over chicken; toss to coat.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring twice, until chicken is cooked, and until sauce is bubbling, and starting to thicken.
- Stir the green onions into dish, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Bake 10 minutes longer, or until the chicken is cooked.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 (15 ounce)canssweet potatoes, drained
- 1/4cupmargarine or butter, melted
- 1teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonground nutmeg
- 24largemarshmallows or3 cupsmini marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
- BEAT sweet potatoes, margarine, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- SPOON into lightly greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
- Top with marshmallows.
- BAKE at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and marshmallows are lightly browned.

INGREDIENTS
- 4-5cupschicken stock
- 1 1/2cupswild rice, washed
- 1 1/2cups finely choppedcelery
- 3/4cup choppedonions
- 1/4lbmushrooms, chopped
- 1pimiento, chopped
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place all ingredients except 1 cup of the stock into a 6-cup greased casserole.
- Cover tightly and bake about 1 1/2 hours, adding more stock as necessary.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)boxinstant vanilla pudding
- 2cups coldmilk
- 1 (8 ounce)containerCool Whip
- 15graham crackers(30 squares)
- 3/4cup cannedchocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare pudding per box.
- Fold in 1-1/2 cup cool whip.
- Stir until pudding thickens.
- Line bottom of 8in x 8in square pan with graham crackers.
- Spread half of pudding mixture over crackers.
- Put another layer of crackers, then remaining pudding.
- Cover with final layer of crackers.
- Heat frosting in microwave until soft and spreadable.
- Spread over top of crackers.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with remaining cool whip.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (8 ounce)cansrefrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 3/4cup shreddedmozzarella cheese
- 3/4cup gratedromano cheese
- 1/2cupmayonnaise
- 1 crushedgarlic clove, chopped finely
- 1 (14 ounce)canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (4 ounce)cangreen chilies
- 1teaspoonitalian seasoning

Garnish
- gratedparmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except crescents.
- Unroll the triangles and cut in half so you have 32 triangles.
- You`ll be cutting from the wide side through the narrow point.
- Or how many cresents you have in a package.
- Place 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of filling into each crescent.
- Roll wide side up to thin side.
- Spinkle tops with parmesan grated cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
