Honey Garlic Roasted Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbschicken legs(skin on or off)
  2. 1 1/2cupsmilk
  3. 1/4cupcornstarch
  4. 1/3cupsoy sauce
  5. 1/4cupliquid honey
  6. 2tablespoonsrice vinegaror white vinegar
  7. 3-4 mincedfresh garlic cloves
  8. 2green onions, thinly sliced
  9. 2tablespoonstoasted sesame seeds
  10. 1teaspoon asianhot chili sauce (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Butter a 13×9-in baking pan.
  3. Place the chicken legs in baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, gradually whisk milk into cornstarch.
  5. Whisk in soy sauce, honey, vinegar and garlic.
  6. Pour over chicken; toss to coat.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring twice, until chicken is cooked, and until sauce is bubbling, and starting to thicken.
  8. Stir the green onions into dish, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  9. Bake 10 minutes longer, or until the chicken is cooked.

Whipped Yam Bake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 (15 ounce)canssweet potatoes, drained
  2. 1/4cupmargarine or butter, melted
  3. 1teaspoonground cinnamon
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4teaspoonground nutmeg
  6. 24largemarshmallows or3 cupsmini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

  1. BEAT sweet potatoes, margarine, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. SPOON into lightly greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
  3. Top with marshmallows.
  4. BAKE at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and marshmallows are lightly browned.

Wild Rice, Minnesota Style Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4-5cupschicken stock
  2. 1 1/2cupswild rice, washed
  3. 1 1/2cups finely choppedcelery
  4. 3/4cup choppedonions
  5. 1/4lbmushrooms, chopped
  6. 1pimiento, chopped
  7. salt & freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place all ingredients except 1 cup of the stock into a 6-cup greased casserole.
  3. Cover tightly and bake about 1 1/2 hours, adding more stock as necessary.

Chocolate Eclair Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (3 1/2 ounce)boxinstant vanilla pudding
  2. 2cups coldmilk
  3. 1 (8 ounce)containerCool Whip
  4. 15graham crackers(30 squares)
  5. 3/4cup cannedchocolate frosting

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare pudding per box.
  2. Fold in 1-1/2 cup cool whip.
  3. Stir until pudding thickens.
  4. Line bottom of 8in x 8in square pan with graham crackers.
  5. Spread half of pudding mixture over crackers.
  6. Put another layer of crackers, then remaining pudding.
  7. Cover with final layer of crackers.
  8. Heat frosting in microwave until soft and spreadable.
  9. Spread over top of crackers.
  10. Refrigerate overnight.
  11. Top with remaining cool whip.

Artichoke Appetizers Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (8 ounce)cansrefrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  2. 3/4cup shreddedmozzarella cheese
  3. 3/4cup gratedromano cheese
  4. 1/2cupmayonnaise
  5. 1 crushedgarlic clove, chopped finely
  6. 1 (14 ounce)canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  7. 1 (4 ounce)cangreen chilies
  8. 1teaspoonitalian seasoning
  9. Garnish

  10. gratedparmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients except crescents.
  2. Unroll the triangles and cut in half so you have 32 triangles.
  3. You`ll be cutting from the wide side through the narrow point.
  4. Or how many cresents you have in a package.
  5. Place 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of filling into each crescent.
  6. Roll wide side up to thin side.
  7. Spinkle tops with parmesan grated cheese.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
