INGREDIENTS
- 2lbsground beef
- 1cup choppedsweet onions(VIDALIA)
- 1clove choppedgarlic
- 1/2cup choppedgreen bell peppers
- 1 1/2 dicedjalapeno peppers
- 2 (15 ounce)canschili beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce)can of petitediced tomatoes
- 1 1/2teaspoonschili powder
- 1teaspooncumin
- 1teaspoonthyme
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2teaspoonsAccent seasoning, flavor enhancer
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 1/3-1/2cuphoney
DIRECTIONS
- CRUMBLE GROUND BEEF IN LARGE PAN, ADD ACCENT FLAVOR ENHANCER (OPTIONAL).
- BROWN GROUND BEEF.
- ADD ONION, GREEN PEPPER, AND GARLIC.
- COOK UNTIL ONION IS TRANSLUCENT/BROWN.
- DRAIN OIL.
- ADD TOMATOES, JALAPENO PEPPERS, CHILI BEANS, CHILI POWDER, CUMIN, THYME, SALT AND CINNAMON.
- STIR AND SIMMER LOW FOR AT LEAST 25 MIN.
- ADD HONEY STIR AGAIN AND SERVE ALONE, OVER RICE, OR SPAGETTI.
- SERVE WITH CHEESE& CRACKERS IS A MUST!
- OH GREAT WITH CORN BREAD AS WELL!

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupbutter
- 1cup choppedonions
- 1/2cup choppedcelery
- 2 (4 ounce)cansmushrooms, with juice
- 2 (14 ounce)canschicken broth
- 1pinchthyme
- 1dashpepper
- 2 (7 ounce)bagsbread, cubes
- 2eggs, well beaten
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onion and celery in butter.
- Spray small crock pot with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients well and pack in crock pot.
- Cook on low 4-8 hours.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cups uncookedbow tie pasta(farfalle)
- vegetable oil
- 2tablespoons freshly gratedparmesan cheese
- 1/2teaspoonchili powder
- 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
- 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Cook bows as directed on package just until tender; drain.
- Rinse under running cold water; drain thoroughly.
- Heat oil (1 inch) to 375F.
- Fry bows, about 1 cup at a time, until crisp and golden brown, about 2 minutes; drain.
- Mix remaining ingredients; toss with bows until evenly coated.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupfresh lump crabmeat
- 1/2mayonnaise
- 1/2cup freshly gratedparmesan cheese
- 1loafFrench baguettes, sliced
- paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together; Spread on baguette rounds.
- Sprinkle with Paprika.
- Place under broiler until hot and bubbly.
- (May also use mixture for stuffed mushrooms.).

INGREDIENTS
- 4chicken pieces, cooked
- 1/2jarsalsa(medium is best)
- 2 (8 ounce)canstomato sauce
- 1cupcheddar cheese, grated
- 6-8corn tortillas
- slicedolives (optional)
- chopped jalapanochilies(from jar of pickled jalapanos)(optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook chicken and cool.
- When cool, cut chicken from bone and shred- leave a little chunky.
- Mix salsa and tomato sauce.
- Add jalapanos if desired.
- (They really make if good… honest) Layer starting with tortillas in an 8″x8″ pan.
- Add 1/3 chicken- spread around.
- Spread 1/3 sauce over chicken.
- Repeat two more times.
- Cover top with cheese.
- Sprinkle sliced olives over all.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cut in squares like lasagna.
