1 Spicy Sweet Honey Chili Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbsground beef
  2. 1cup choppedsweet onions(VIDALIA)
  3. 1clove choppedgarlic
  4. 1/2cup choppedgreen bell peppers
  5. 1 1/2 dicedjalapeno peppers
  6. 2 (15 ounce)canschili beans
  7. 1 (14 1/2 ounce)can of petitediced tomatoes
  8. 1 1/2teaspoonschili powder
  9. 1teaspooncumin
  10. 1teaspoonthyme
  11. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  12. 1 1/2teaspoonsAccent seasoning, flavor enhancer
  13. 1/2teaspooncinnamon
  14. 1/3-1/2cuphoney

DIRECTIONS

  1. CRUMBLE GROUND BEEF IN LARGE PAN, ADD ACCENT FLAVOR ENHANCER (OPTIONAL).
  2. BROWN GROUND BEEF.
  3. ADD ONION, GREEN PEPPER, AND GARLIC.
  4. COOK UNTIL ONION IS TRANSLUCENT/BROWN.
  5. DRAIN OIL.
  6. ADD TOMATOES, JALAPENO PEPPERS, CHILI BEANS, CHILI POWDER, CUMIN, THYME, SALT AND CINNAMON.
  7. STIR AND SIMMER LOW FOR AT LEAST 25 MIN.
  8. ADD HONEY STIR AGAIN AND SERVE ALONE, OVER RICE, OR SPAGETTI.
  9. SERVE WITH CHEESE& CRACKERS IS A MUST!
  10. OH GREAT WITH CORN BREAD AS WELL!

Crock Pot Stuffing (Dressing) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupbutter
  2. 1cup choppedonions
  3. 1/2cup choppedcelery
  4. 2 (4 ounce)cansmushrooms, with juice
  5. 2 (14 ounce)canschicken broth
  6. 1pinchthyme
  7. 1dashpepper
  8. 2 (7 ounce)bagsbread, cubes
  9. 2eggs, well beaten

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter.
  2. Spray small crock pot with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients well and pack in crock pot.
  4. Cook on low 4-8 hours.

Chili Bows Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cups uncookedbow tie pasta(farfalle)
  2. vegetable oil
  3. 2tablespoons freshly gratedparmesan cheese
  4. 1/2teaspoonchili powder
  5. 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
  6. 1/4teaspoongarlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook bows as directed on package just until tender; drain.
  2. Rinse under running cold water; drain thoroughly.
  3. Heat oil (1 inch) to 375F.
  4. Fry bows, about 1 cup at a time, until crisp and golden brown, about 2 minutes; drain.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with bows until evenly coated.

Hot Crabmeat Canapes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupfresh lump crabmeat
  2. 1/2mayonnaise
  3. 1/2cup freshly gratedparmesan cheese
  4. 1loafFrench baguettes, sliced
  5. paprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together; Spread on baguette rounds.
  2. Sprinkle with Paprika.
  3. Place under broiler until hot and bubbly.
  4. (May also use mixture for stuffed mushrooms.).

Easy Mexican Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4chicken pieces, cooked
  2. 1/2jarsalsa(medium is best)
  3. 2 (8 ounce)canstomato sauce
  4. 1cupcheddar cheese, grated
  5. 6-8corn tortillas
  6. slicedolives (optional)
  7. chopped jalapanochilies(from jar of pickled jalapanos)(optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook chicken and cool.
  3. When cool, cut chicken from bone and shred- leave a little chunky.
  4. Mix salsa and tomato sauce.
  5. Add jalapanos if desired.
  6. (They really make if good… honest) Layer starting with tortillas in an 8″x8″ pan.
  7. Add 1/3 chicken- spread around.
  8. Spread 1/3 sauce over chicken.
  9. Repeat two more times.
  10. Cover top with cheese.
  11. Sprinkle sliced olives over all.
  12. Bake for 20 minutes.
  13. Cut in squares like lasagna.
