INGREDIENTS
-
1st layer
- 1/2cupflour
- 3/4cupbutteror margarine
- 1cupnuts(I use pecans)

2nd layer
- 9ouncesCool Whip
- 8ouncescream cheese, softened
- 1cuppowdered sugar
-
3rd layer
- 1container of comstockcherries
-
4th layer
- 1packageinstant vanilla pudding
- 1packagechocolate instant pudding
- 3 1/2cupsmilk
-
5th layer
- 9ouncesCool Whip
- 1Hershey Bar, grated
DIRECTIONS
- 1st layer: heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients together (will be on the dry side) and use fingers to evenly pat down into the bottom of a baking dish about 9×13 size.
- Bake for 25 minutes to form crust.
- COOL before 2nd layer.
- 2nd layer: Mix all ingredients togther and put all on top of the crust.
- 3rd layer: Open can of Cherries and spread out over 2nd layer.
- 4th layer: Mix the 2 pudding boxes and the milk together and spread out over the cherries.
- 5th layer: Spread out the Cool Whip on top of the pudding mixture and grate the Hershey bar over the whole thing.
- Put the entire dish into the Fridge to set up.

DIRECTIONS
- Dump in Bread machine in order of manufactures recommendations or make the old fashioned way!

INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncesboneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce)canchopped tomatoes
- 1tablespooncapers
- 4green onions, sliced thin
- 12kalamata olives, pitted
- 2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
- 2clovesgarlic, minced
- 4ouncesshell macaroni, cooked al dente
- salt
- red peppers
DIRECTIONS
- cut chicken into small bite sizes.
- combine olive oil, salt, red pepper and garlic in a small bowl, add chicken and marinate for one hour, turning occasoinally.
- put chicken and olive oil mixture in a large skillet and saute until thoroughly cooked.
- add tomatoes and capers, cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
- add green onions and Kalamata olives and cook for two more minutes.
- drain macaroni, put in a large bowl, add chicken/tomato mixture, mix well and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 1bag of wholefresh cranberries
- 3/4cupsugar
- 3/4cuporange marmalade
- 1tablespoonlemon juice
- 3/4cuppecans or walnuts(I toast them in the oven)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees Put cranberries in baking dish and sprinkle with the sugar, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and mix in the pecans or walnuts and put back into the oven for 10 more minutes.
- Take out and mix in the orange marmalade and the lemon juice and it is ready to serve!

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1cupsugar
- 4eggs
- 1 (6 ounce)cartonnon-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1/4teaspoonalmond extract
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 325°.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, the baking powder and salt, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat together the butter and the sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs,the yogurt and extract until well blended.
- Reduce mixer speed to low.
- Add the flour mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, beating just until blended.
- Spread evenly in a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in about 70 minutes,until cake tester inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool completely.
