Passover Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2wholeeggs
  2. 1/2cupoil
  3. 2tablespoonspotato starch
  4. 1tablespoonlemon juice
  5. 3/4cupwhite sugar
  6. 1cupcake crumbs
  7. 3/4cupground almonds
  8. 1/4cupsugar
  9. 1teaspooncinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix 1/4 sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup of the ground almonds together and set aside to roll your cookie balls in before baking.
  2. In a bowl beat eggs, and oil.
  3. Add potato starch and lemon juice mix well.
  4. Add sugar, cake meal, blend well.
  5. Fold in 1/2 cup ground almonds.
  6. Roll dough into 1 inch bals.
  7. Roll into the cin/sugar/nut mixture to coat each one well.
  8. Place on baking sheet lightly greased.
  9. Can slightly flatted if desired.
  10. Bake preheated oven 350 degrees F, for 10- 12 minutes.
  11. Golden brown in colour.
  12. Remove to wire rack immediately to cool.

Perfect Crockpot Corn Chowder Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2canswhole kernel corn
  2. 2canscreamed corn
  3. 1cancoconut milk
  4. 1canwater
  5. 1red pepper(chopped)
  6. 1smallwhite onion(chopped)
  7. 2tablespoonsdill weed
  8. 1teaspoonpepper
  9. 1tablespoonoregano
  10. 2potatoes(chopped)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large crockpot add all ingredients.
  2. simmer on low for at least 4 hours.

Okefenokee Fried Alligator Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (1 lb)packagealligator meat
  2. meat tenderizer
  3. garlic powder
  4. black pepper
  5. 1dashcayenne pepper
  6. cooking oil
  7. flour
  8. salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. After thawing sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
  2. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Coat well with flour.
  5. Heat cooking to 350 degrees.
  6. Cook until golden brown.
  7. Do not over cook.
  8. It should be tender, moist and have the color consistency of golden fried chicken when properly cooked.
  9. Serve with your favorite sauce.

Corky’s Onion Loaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. slicedyellow onions
  2. plain flour
  3. EGG BATTER

  4. 1quartmilk
  5. 1/2teaspoon egg shadefood coloring
  6. 2eggs, beaten
  7. 1/2cupsugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak onion rings in egg batter, remove and shake off any excess liquid.
  2. Gredge in flour until rings are completely covered.
  3. Remove from flour and shake any excess.
  4. Stack onion rings in fry basket to shape a hay stack.
  5. Fry for 2 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with Corky’s BBQ sauce.

Venison Bites Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1smallvenison roast
  2. 1cupmilk
  3. 1/2cupflour
  4. 2tablespoonsseason salt
  5. 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1tablespoongarlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut roast into 1/2 inch cubes, soak in milk for 2 hours in refridgerator.
  2. Drain from milk.
  3. Combine remaining ingrds in large zip lock bag, add venison and toss lightly to coat.
  4. Fry in a kettle or fryer for 5 mins or until med golden brown.
  5. Drain and serve before cooled.
