INGREDIENTS
- 4cupsgrain(like oats,steam-rolled)
- 8tablespoonsflour
- 1/2cupmolasses
- 3/4cupwater
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Stir with large spoon until mixture is the consistency of thick cookie dough.
- Drop tablespoons of dough on a greased cookie sheet,spacing cookies 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until crisp.
- Remove from oven,and cool for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 3pork chops, with bone
- 3clovesgarlic, minced
- 1/2onion, cut into pieces(adding the onion is optional)
- 1/3cupKikkoman soy sauce(you could add more if you like)
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, place the chops in and add in the soy sauce and the garlic.
- Cover and let marinate for at least a couple of hours.
- (Better results if left to marinate over night.) Take a skillet or pan and heat before placing chops on to cook.
- If planning on using an onion, cook the onion first for about 3 minutes.
- Add chops, soy sauce, and garlic and cook until chops are done.
- Goes great with rice.

INGREDIENTS
- 4cupswhole wheat flour
- 1cupoatmeal
- 1/2cupmillet
- 1teaspoonmaple syrup
- 1/3cupvegetable oil
- 4teaspoonsbeef base
- 1cupwater
- 1/2cupcarrot juice or vegetable juice, of choice
- 1/4cupbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Mix all the ingredients in large a food processor except for butter.
- Roll dough into 1/2 balls.
- Flatten to make a disk.
- Bake for 30 minutes flip over and bake for 30 more minutes, brush with butter when still warm.
- Turn oven off and allow to cool completely in oven.
- For extra crunchy leave in a turned off oven overnight.

INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncescream cheese
- sweet chili sauce
- vegetables, sticks or biscuits or chips, to dip
DIRECTIONS
- Place whole block of cream cheese on a microwave or oven safe plate or dish.
- Pour required amount (usually to cover whole block) of sweet chilli sauce over cheese.
- Heat cheese to soften- it should still be in block form but soft enough to dig chips etc into it.
- This would probably be a minute or two in the microwave, or 10 minutes in a 180 degree celcius oven.
- Serve and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (8 ounce)packagescream cheese(softened)
- 3green onions, chopped
- 1package of armourdried beef(any dried beef will do)
- 1dash of loweryseason salt
- 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Chop dried beef.
- (I put mine in a chopper) Save about 1/4 of a cup on the side.
- Mix cream cheese, beef, onions, salt, and sauce.
- Mix well and chill for an hour.
- Take mixture and form a ball and roll in remaining chopped beef.
- Then serve or chill till desired.
