INGREDIENTS
- 4 1/2ouncescream cheese
- 1cupbutter
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- fruit preserves, for filling
- powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter and cream cheese.
- Mix in flour until well blended. Chill dough before rolling.
- Roll out dough to 1/8″ thickness on lightly floured surface.
- Cut into 2-inch rounds.
- Spoon a small amount of preserves onto center of circle and fold two sides of circle towards middle, overlapping edges in center (bottom should form a point and top should be open to reveal filling).
- Place on baking sheet and bake at 375° F for about 15 minutes, but do not overbake.
- Cool cookies and drench entire cookie in powdered sugar.

INGREDIENTS
- 2eggs
- 1/2cupbacon fat
- 1/8cupoil
- 2cups gratedcheddar cheese
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 1/2cupwheat flakes
- 1/2cupwheat germ
- 1cupoats
- 1/4cupcornmeal
- 1/4cupnatural bran
- 3 1/2cupswhole wheat flour, approx
DIRECTIONS
- Using mixer with a dough hook, put all ingredients EXCEPT flour into large bowl, and mix well Add flour gradually, untill dough is stiff enough to handle and to be able to roll into balls Place lower oven rack ABOVE middle rack Preheat oven to 300 f Roll dough into balls and place on 2 large cookie sheets, flatten slightly with botton of glass.
- Bake for 90 minutes, turning biscuits over half way through and placing trays on alternate oven racks.
- Lower oven temperature to 225 f for 1-1 1/2 hours.
- Check for doneness occasionally, take one out, let cool, break apart, whole biscuit should be hard and crispy like milkbones are.
- When done, remove from oven,let cool, and store in air tight container.

- 1cupmilk
- 1/4cupwheat germ
- 1/4cupnatural bran
- 1/4cupcracked wheat
- 1/2cupoats
- 2cupswhole wheat flour
DIRECTIONS
- Using mixer with a dough hook, add all ingredients EXCEPT flour, mixing well Add flour gradually until dough is stiff enough to handle and roll into small balls.
- Place lower oven rack ABOVE middle rack Preheat oven to 300 f place balls onto one large cookie sheet and flatten slightly with bottom of glass or finger.
- Place on top rack.
- Bake for 90 minutes, turning biscuits over half way through.
- lower temperature to 225 f and bake for another 45 min.
- approx.
- test occasionally.
- test for doneness by taking one out, let cool, and break apart.
- It should be crisp and hard like milk bones.
- when done, remove from oven and let cool.
- store in air tight container.
- If you cannot get all biscuits on one cookie sheet,use two,and when you turn biscuits over, and return to oven alternate the racks you had the sheets on.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutteror margarine
- 1/2cupbrown sugar, packed
- 1/4cupsugar
- 1egg
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1cupflour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2cupwalnuts
DIRECTIONS
- In medium-size bowl,cream butter with brown sugar.
- Add white sugar and cream again.
- Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
- Measure in flour, soda and salt.
- Stir until well blended.
- Add chips and nuts stirring to combine.
- Scrape into 9X9 inch pan.
- Bake in 350*F oven for 25 to 30 minutes until set and a nice brown color.
- When cool cut into squares.

INGREDIENTS
- 1largeonion, grated
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 2 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
- 1tablespoonfresh thyme leaves
- 6lamb loin chops, 1 inch thick
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- lemon wedges, as garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle the onion with the salt; squeeze the juice out of the onion and discard it; add the oil and thyme to the onion; apply the mixture to both sides of the chops and marinate for 1 hour.
- Grill chops or broil close to heat source; season with salt and lots of pepper; garnish with lemon wedges.
