INGREDIENTS
- 1largehamburger bun
- 1slicebologna, 1/4 inch sliced off of a roll
- 1sliceonions
- banana peppers
- mustardor mayonnaise
- 1slicetomatoes
- lettuce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Put slice of bolonga on hot grill cut with spatula in 3-4 places to allow meat to turn up.
- Put bread on grill smooth side down,turn meat a couple times and get hot thru completley.
- With patula put meat on one side of bun lay to side.
- Add mustard or mayo, cold slice of onion, banana peppers, and tomatoe and lettuce if desired.
- Put bun together and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- philly stylesteak
- onions
- mushrooms
- green peppers
- provolone cheese
- freshhoagie rolls
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat flat griddle to high tempture.
- Apply meat to grill, top with desired vegtables.
- Lightly season, then flip when outr edges of meat turn brown.
- Begin chopping the meat as soon as it is flipped over.
- When cooking is complete, shape meat to bun size.
- Top with 2 pieces of provolone cheese.
- When top of cheese starts to melt, remove from griddle with spatula and place on hoagie roll.
- Top with your choice of condiments, then dig in.

INGREDIENTS
- 1broiler-fryer chicken, cut in pieces
- 1cupcornflake crumbs
- 1 1/2teaspoonschili powder
- 1/2teaspooncumin
- 1teaspoongarlic powder, to taste
- 1teaspoonseasoning salt(or to taste)
- 1teaspoonblack pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all crumb ingredients.
- Roll chicken in mixture to coat.
- Place on lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cansstewed tomatoes
- 2canspork and beans(Discard fat pieces)
- 2cansblack beans
- 2canskidney beans
- 1onion, chopped
- 3/4cupbarbecue sauce
- 2tablespoonsyellow mustard
- 2tablespoonsMrs. Dash seasoning mix
- 2tablespoonschili powder
- 2tablespoonsground cumin
- 3cloves mincedgarlic
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- I prefer to drain and rinse the black beans and kidney beans.
- Stir and simmer on low at least 3-4 hours.
- This can also be simmered on the stovetop for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 1cupsour cream
- 1enveloperanch dressing mix(Hidden Valley is good)
- 2cansFrench-fried onions, crushed
- 1-2lbfish fillets
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream and the evelope of Ranch dressing and black pepper to taste if desired; mix well to combine.
- Brush on or dip the fish fillets in the mixture to coat all sides.
- Then dip in crushed onions to coat.
- Transfer to a shallow greased baking dish.
- Bake until fish is cooked (approx 20 minutes).
