Big Dog’s Bolonga Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1largehamburger bun
  2. 1slicebologna, 1/4 inch sliced off of a roll
  3. 1sliceonions
  4. banana peppers
  5. mustardor mayonnaise
  6. 1slicetomatoes
  7. lettuce (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put slice of bolonga on hot grill cut with spatula in 3-4 places to allow meat to turn up.
  2. Put bread on grill smooth side down,turn meat a couple times and get hot thru completley.
  3. With patula put meat on one side of bun lay to side.
  4. Add mustard or mayo, cold slice of onion, banana peppers, and tomatoe and lettuce if desired.
  5. Put bun together and serve.

Award Winning Cheesestack Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. philly stylesteak
  2. onions
  3. mushrooms
  4. green peppers
  5. provolone cheese
  6. freshhoagie rolls
  7. salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat flat griddle to high tempture.
  2. Apply meat to grill, top with desired vegtables.
  3. Lightly season, then flip when outr edges of meat turn brown.
  4. Begin chopping the meat as soon as it is flipped over.
  5. When cooking is complete, shape meat to bun size.
  6. Top with 2 pieces of provolone cheese.
  7. When top of cheese starts to melt, remove from griddle with spatula and place on hoagie roll.
  8. Top with your choice of condiments, then dig in.

Super Crispy Chicken Bake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1broiler-fryer chicken, cut in pieces
  2. 1cupcornflake crumbs
  3. 1 1/2teaspoonschili powder
  4. 1/2teaspooncumin
  5. 1teaspoongarlic powder, to taste
  6. 1teaspoonseasoning salt(or to taste)
  7. 1teaspoonblack pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all crumb ingredients.
  2. Roll chicken in mixture to coat.
  3. Place on lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Can-opener Chili Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cansstewed tomatoes
  2. 2canspork and beans(Discard fat pieces)
  3. 2cansblack beans
  4. 2canskidney beans
  5. 1onion, chopped
  6. 3/4cupbarbecue sauce
  7. 2tablespoonsyellow mustard
  8. 2tablespoonsMrs. Dash seasoning mix
  9. 2tablespoonschili powder
  10. 2tablespoonsground cumin
  11. 3cloves mincedgarlic

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. I prefer to drain and rinse the black beans and kidney beans.
  3. Stir and simmer on low at least 3-4 hours.
  4. This can also be simmered on the stovetop for 30 minutes.

Savoury Baked Fish Fillets Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupmayonnaise
  2. 1cupsour cream
  3. 1enveloperanch dressing mix(Hidden Valley is good)
  4. 2cansFrench-fried onions, crushed
  5. 1-2lbfish fillets

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream and the evelope of Ranch dressing and black pepper to taste if desired; mix well to combine.
  3. Brush on or dip the fish fillets in the mixture to coat all sides.
  4. Then dip in crushed onions to coat.
  5. Transfer to a shallow greased baking dish.
  6. Bake until fish is cooked (approx 20 minutes).
