INGREDIENTS
- 1lb thinly slicedround steaks
- 1largeonion, cut in chunks (optional)
- 6-8tablespoonssoy sauce
- 1tablespoongarlic powder
- 1/4cupwater
- 1packagebrown gravy mix
DIRECTIONS
- Cut round steak into one inch strips.
- Put strips in crockpot.
- Over this add onions, garlic powder and soy sauce.
- Mix water with gravy and pour over meat mixture.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Can be served over rice.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 1/2teaspooncloves
- 1/2teaspoonginger
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1cupsugar(or more or less depending on how sweet you desire)
- 2largeeggs, room temp
- 1cuppumpkin puree(not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 1/2teaspoonslemons, rind of
- 1-2teaspoonvanilla
- 1/2cupsour cream, room temp
- 1/2cuphalf-and-half creamor evaporated milk
- 1 1/2cupsmini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 325 degrees.
- Position rack to center position.
- Butter a 9″ x 5″ metal loaf pan.
- In a bowl, sift first 7 dry ingredients.
- With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar in a large bowl, until light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in eggs.
- Beat in pumpkin puree, lemon peel and vanilla.
- In a small bowl whisk together the sour cream and half and half.
- Beat in sour cream mixture with flour mixture alternately into the batter in 2 additions.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Transfer batter to prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle top with 1-2 tbsp sugar.
- Bake for approx 70 minutes, or until loaf bread test done.
- Note: this loaf cake can be made up to two days ahead.
- Wrap in foil; store at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (1 ounce)package fat freesugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 4ouncesheavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- choppednuts(to garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- Empty pudding packet in medium bowl.
- Pour whipping cream over, beat with electric mixer until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
- Add softened cream cheese, beat again until smooth and creamy.
- Add your choice choped nuts as a garnish, if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2lbschuck roast
- 1/2cupwater
- 1bottlebarbecue sauce(your choice)
- 1/3cupWorcestershire sauce
- 1teaspoonmustard
- 1smallonion, chopped
- salt and pepper(desired amount)
DIRECTIONS
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil.
- Cover roast with sauce mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Chop meat and stir.

- 1 1/2cupstomato juice
- 1/3cuplemon juice
- 1/4cupmargarine
- 1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
- 1/2cup mincedonions
- 1tablespoonpaprika
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine in sauce pan.
- Bring to boil.
- Keep warm and use to baste chicken as you grill it.
