Oriental Beef Strips Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lb thinly slicedround steaks
  2. 1largeonion, cut in chunks (optional)
  3. 6-8tablespoonssoy sauce
  4. 1tablespoongarlic powder
  5. 1/4cupwater
  6. 1packagebrown gravy mix

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut round steak into one inch strips.
  2. Put strips in crockpot.
  3. Over this add onions, garlic powder and soy sauce.
  4. Mix water with gravy and pour over meat mixture.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  6. Can be served over rice.

The Most Amazing Pumpkin-Chocolate Chip Loaf Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
  4. 1teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2teaspooncinnamon
  6. 1/2teaspooncloves
  7. 1/2teaspoonginger
  8. 1/2cupbutter, softened
  9. 1cupsugar(or more or less depending on how sweet you desire)
  10. 2largeeggs, room temp
  11. 1cuppumpkin puree(not pumpkin pie filling)
  12. 1 1/2teaspoonslemons, rind of
  13. 1-2teaspoonvanilla
  14. 1/2cupsour cream, room temp
  15. 1/2cuphalf-and-half creamor evaporated milk
  16. 1 1/2cupsmini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Position rack to center position.
  3. Butter a 9″ x 5″ metal loaf pan.
  4. In a bowl, sift first 7 dry ingredients.
  5. With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar in a large bowl, until light and fluffy.
  6. Gradually beat in eggs.
  7. Beat in pumpkin puree, lemon peel and vanilla.
  8. In a small bowl whisk together the sour cream and half and half.
  9. Beat in sour cream mixture with flour mixture alternately into the batter in 2 additions.
  10. Fold in chocolate chips.
  11. Transfer batter to prepared baking dish.
  12. Sprinkle top with 1-2 tbsp sugar.
  13. Bake for approx 70 minutes, or until loaf bread test done.
  14. Note: this loaf cake can be made up to two days ahead.
  15. Wrap in foil; store at room temperature.

Low Carb White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (1 ounce)package fat freesugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix
  2. 4ouncesheavy whipping cream
  3. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
  4. choppednuts(to garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Empty pudding packet in medium bowl.
  2. Pour whipping cream over, beat with electric mixer until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add softened cream cheese, beat again until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add your choice choped nuts as a garnish, if desired.

Crockpot BBQ Beef Recipe

  1. 2 1/2lbschuck roast
  2. 1/2cupwater
  3. 1bottlebarbecue sauce(your choice)
  4. 1/3cupWorcestershire sauce
  5. 1teaspoonmustard
  6. 1smallonion, chopped
  7. salt and pepper(desired amount)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place roast in crock pot.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil.
  3. Cover roast with sauce mixture.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Chop meat and stir.

BBQ Sauce for Grilled Chicken Recipe

  2. 1/3cuplemon juice
  3. 1/4cupmargarine
  4. 1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  5. 1/2cup mincedonions
  6. 1tablespoonpaprika
  7. 1teaspoonsugar
  8. 1teaspoonsalt
  9. 1/2teaspoonpepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine in sauce pan.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Keep warm and use to baste chicken as you grill it.
