INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbground turkey
  2. 2clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 1 (28 ounce)cancrushed tomatoes
  4. 1 (8 ounce)cantomato sauce
  5. 1 (6 ounce)cantomato paste
  6. 1teaspoonsalt
  7. 1packagemacaroni noodles
  8. 1 (16 ounce)containersour cream
  9. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
  10. 2bunchesgreen onions, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook turkey adn garlic in a Dutch oven, stirring until turkey crumbles and is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in tomatoes- crushed, sauce, and paste- and salt.
  3. Simmer 30 min.
  4. Set mixture aside.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  6. Place pasta in a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
  7. Stir together sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
  8. Heat in microwave 2 min.
  9. Spread over pasta.
  10. Top with meat sauce.
  11. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min.
  12. Serve with salad adn bread.

Quesadillas, chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lb shreddedcooked chicken
  2. 1cancheddar cheese soup
  3. 1/2cuppicante sauce
  4. 4largeflour tortillas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine chicken, soup, and salsa- heat through Spread mixture on tortillas.
  2. Moisten edges with water.
  3. Fold over and seal.
  4. Place on two greased or non-stick baking sheets.
  5. Bake 5 min.
  6. ,flip and bake 5 min more.

Slow cooker BBQ chicken Recipe

  4. 1 (18 ounce)bottlebarbecue sauce
  5. 1cancola

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

Rotel Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3-4cups shreddedchickens(4 breasts)
  2. 2cansrotel(I like one hot and one regular)
  3. 1 (11 ounce)canmushrooms, drained
  4. 2bell peppers
  5. 1onion
  6. 1 (16 ounce)packagelinguine
  7. 1/2cupbutter
  8. 1cancream of chicken soup
  9. 1lbVelveeta cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil chicken.
  2. Chop onion and pepper and saute in butter.
  3. Add both cans of rotel and velveeta.
  4. After melted add mushrooms.
  5. Boil noodles in chicken broth, drain and add cream of chicken soup to the noodles.
  6. Mix everything together Bake at 350 for 45 min.
  7. or until bubbly.

Pasta with Sausage Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbpasta shells
  2. 6cupsbroccoli florets
  3. 2teaspoonsolive oil
  4. 1packageturkey sausage
  5. 1tablespoon mincedgarlic
  6. 1candiced tomatoes, with balsamic vinegar,basil,and olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook, stirring often for 7 min.
  3. Stir in broccoli; cook 5 min more or until pasta is firm-tender and broccoli is crisp tender.
  4. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add sausage and garlic.
  6. Cook, stirring often, 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until sausage is lightly browned.
  8. Stir in the tomatoes.
  9. Cook 1 to 2 min to heat through.
  10. Remove 1/2 cup cooking water from the pot.
  11. Drain pasta and broccoli and return to pot.
  12. Add sausage sauce and pasta water.
  13. Toss to mix and coat.
