INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground turkey
- 2clovesgarlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce)cancrushed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce)cantomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce)cantomato paste
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1packagemacaroni noodles
- 1 (16 ounce)containersour cream
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 2bunchesgreen onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Cook turkey adn garlic in a Dutch oven, stirring until turkey crumbles and is no longer pink.
- Stir in tomatoes- crushed, sauce, and paste- and salt.
- Simmer 30 min.
- Set mixture aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Place pasta in a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Stir together sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
- Heat in microwave 2 min.
- Spread over pasta.
- Top with meat sauce.
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min.
- Serve with salad adn bread.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lb shreddedcooked chicken
- 1cancheddar cheese soup
- 1/2cuppicante sauce
- 4largeflour tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Combine chicken, soup, and salsa- heat through Spread mixture on tortillas.
- Moisten edges with water.
- Fold over and seal.
- Place on two greased or non-stick baking sheets.
- Bake 5 min.
- ,flip and bake 5 min more.

- 1bagchicken legs
- 1mediumonion, thinly sliced
- 1mediumlemon, thinly sliced
- 1 (18 ounce)bottlebarbecue sauce
- 1cancola
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

INGREDIENTS
- 3-4cups shreddedchickens(4 breasts)
- 2cansrotel(I like one hot and one regular)
- 1 (11 ounce)canmushrooms, drained
- 2bell peppers
- 1onion
- 1 (16 ounce)packagelinguine
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1cancream of chicken soup
- 1lbVelveeta cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Boil chicken.
- Chop onion and pepper and saute in butter.
- Add both cans of rotel and velveeta.
- After melted add mushrooms.
- Boil noodles in chicken broth, drain and add cream of chicken soup to the noodles.
- Mix everything together Bake at 350 for 45 min.
- or until bubbly.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbpasta shells
- 6cupsbroccoli florets
- 2teaspoonsolive oil
- 1packageturkey sausage
- 1tablespoon mincedgarlic
- 1candiced tomatoes, with balsamic vinegar,basil,and olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook, stirring often for 7 min.
- Stir in broccoli; cook 5 min more or until pasta is firm-tender and broccoli is crisp tender.
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausage and garlic.
- Cook, stirring often, 3 to 4 min.
- or until sausage is lightly browned.
- Stir in the tomatoes.
- Cook 1 to 2 min to heat through.
- Remove 1/2 cup cooking water from the pot.
- Drain pasta and broccoli and return to pot.
- Add sausage sauce and pasta water.
- Toss to mix and coat.
