INGREDIENTS
- 2/3cupbutter, softened(No Substitutions)
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1/2cup packedbrown sugar
- 1/4milk
- 1egg
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 3/4cupbaking cocoa
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugars, add milk and egg.
- Mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl, and gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Mix well.
- Cover and let chill until firm, or about two hours.
- Rolled chilled dough on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut with a 1 1/2 cookie cutter.
- Place 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 5- 6 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Let cool on wire racks.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 2cupssugar
- 8tablespoonscocoa
- 2teaspoonsvanilla
- 1/4teaspoonbaking powder
- 1cupvegetable oil
- 4eggs
- 1/4cupwater
- 1/2cup choppedwalnuts

Icing
- 1cupsugar
- 1/4cupmargarine
- 1/4cupcocoa
- 1/4cupmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients, adding nuts last.
- Stir well.
- Add to 11×15 oiled pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes Ice with chocolate frosting when cool.
- Icing: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stir constantly till it boils, then do not stir anylonger.
- Time it to boil 1-1/2-2 minutes without stirring.
- Remove quickly and place in the sink in cold water just to cover bottom to cool down.
- Beat well to thicken and spread quickly on the brownies.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2tablespoonsdark brown sugar
- 1 1/2teaspoonsdried sweet basil leaves
- 1/8teaspoonground cumin
- 3/4teaspoonground coriander
- 3/4teaspoonground savory
- 3/4teaspoondried thyme
- 3/4teaspoonblack pepper
- 3/4teaspoonwhite pepper
- 2tablespoonspaprika
- 2teaspoonsdry mustard
- 2teaspoonsonion powder
- 2teaspoonsgarlic powder
- 2teaspoonssalt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients together and place in a shaker if you have one.
- Sprinkle liberally over a 5-6 pound brisket and wrap tightly in plastic.
- Refrigerate at least overnight, until cooking time.

- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 2cupssugar
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1teaspoonnutmeg
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspooncloves
- 1cupoil
- 1 (16 ounce)canpumpkin or2 cupspumpkin
- 4eggs
- 1/3cupnuts
- 1/2cupraisins

Frosting
- 2cupspowdered sugar
- 1/3cupbutter, softened
- 1 (3 ounce)packagecream cheese
- 1tablespoonmilk
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease a 15×10x1 inch pan.
- Combine all bar ingredients except nuts and raisins.
- Beat at low speed until moistened.
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Stir in nuts and raisins.
- Pour into greased pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Frosting: Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth.
- Frost cake when cooled.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in fridge.

- 1tablespoon instanttomato soup mix(Knorr tomato with basil works nicely)

- 1/4teaspooncumin
- 1/4teaspoonground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- Store in a covered container.
