INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonflour
- 1/4cupsugar(can use less)
- 1/3cupbutter, melted
- 1/2cupevaporated milk
- 2extra large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce)canscream-style corn
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a pot and stir in flour and sugar.
- Gradually add milk and stir til sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add eggs and baking powder mixing well.
- Fold in sweetcorn.
- Turn into a flat greased dish and bake for 40 min (a little longer if not golden brown and set in center).

- 1cupsugar
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1cupflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1pinchsalt
- 1/2cupmilk
- 2tablespoonsbutter

TOPPING
- 6tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 1/2cupcoconut
- 2tablespoonsmilk
- 3tablespoonsbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla extract together till creamy.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Melt butter in milk and add to batter.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Melt together the topping ingredients and pour over hot cake as it comes out of oven.
- Place under grill until golden brown.

- 1cupwhite cornmeal
- 1cupcake flour
- 1/2cupsugar
- 3teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1pinchsalt
- 3eggs
- 1cupmilk
- 3tablespoonscooking oil
- 1cancream-style sweet corn
DIRECTIONS
- Sift together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat eggs, milk and oil together very well and add to dry ingredients.
- Stir in sweetcorn.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour (Check at 50 minutes).

- 500mlmilk
- 200mlsugar
- 250mlcoconut
- 125mlflour
- 60mlbutter
- 4eggs
- 5mlvanilla extract
- 2mlbaking powder
- 1pinchsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything together and pour into a glass pie dish.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold.

- 5mlvanilla extract
- 400mlflour
- 250mlsugar
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes- NO LONGER.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 40 – 55 minutes.
