INGREDIENTS
- 2 (3 ounce)packagescream cheese with chives, softened to room temperature
- 2tablespoons gratedparmesan cheese
- 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
- 2-3dropsliquid red pepper seasoning
- 2 (8 ounce)packages refrigerated crescentrolls
DIRECTIONS
- Blend together cream cheese, Parmesan, Worcestershire and pepper-seasoning; reserve.
- Unroll refrigerated crescent rolls- do not separate at the perforations-then pat each of the 8 pieces so that it is as square as possible.
- Cut each piece in half.
- Place 2 tsp.
- of the cheese mixture down the center of each piece of dough.
- Roll as if for a jelly roll to enclose your filling.
- Seal edges by crimping firmly with the tines of a fork.
- Place boreks seam side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350* uncovered, for about 15 min.
- or until browned.
- Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbshubbard squash, any seeds and membrane removed
- 1/4cupwater
- 2teaspoons gratedorange zest
- 2tablespoonsfresh orange juice
- 2tablespoonsunsalted butter, cut in small pieces
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°; place unpeeled squash flesh side down in baking pan; pour water over squash; bake 30 minutes, turn over and bake another 30 minutes or until squash is tender and lightly carmelized.
- Scrape flesh off skin and puree in a food processor until smooth; add orange zest, orange juice, butter, salt and pepper; process to combine and serve warm.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbFrench haricots vert, trimmed(or green string beans julienned lengthwise)
- 1/3cup coarsely choppedhazelnuts, lightly toasted
- 1 1/2tablespoonsunsalted butter
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Blanch the green beans for 5 minutes in boiling, salted water; shock in a colander under cold water; drain.
- Saute the hazelnuts in butter until warmed; add green beans and heat through; season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
- 3eggs
- 1/2cupoil
- 2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 2teaspoonsvanilla
- 2teaspoonscinnamon
- 2cupssugar
- 4cups choppedapples

LUNAR LANDING ICING
- 1 (3 ounce)packagecream cheese
- 1/4cupoleo
- 1 1/2cupsconfectioners’ sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Beat eggs and oil till foamy.
- Add flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold in rest of the ingredients.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
- Bake about 40 minutes at 350 ยบ F.
- blend all ingredients until creamy (add few drops of milk if necessary).
- Spread on warm cake.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter or margarine, softened
- 1cupsugar
- 2eggs
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupcocoa
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs until light and flully.
- Stir remaining ingredients together in separate bowl.
- Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
- Cover; refrigerate dough until firm enough to handle.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness; cut with cookie cutters.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until no imprint remains when cookies are touched lightly in center.
- Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
- Cool completely.
- Frost or decorate as desired.
