Harry Potter Chocolate Spiders Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. starburstdecorative candies(Sour is best)
  2. chocolate
  3. butter
  4. candy sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  1. Open starburst candies.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. (Should be about 3:1 ratio).
  4. Cover starbursts in mixture.
  5. Add sprinkles as legs and eyes any way you want.
  6. Enjoy!

100% Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 5/8cupswater
  2. 1/3cup packedbrown sugar
  3. 2teaspoonssalt
  4. 4 2/3cupswhole-wheat flour
  5. 3teaspoonsactive dry yeast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to the bread machine pan.
  2. Add the dry ingredients (not the yeast) tap the sides of the pan to settle the dry ingredients some and use your finger to push some into the corners.
  3. Make a well in the center with your finger to add the yeast (remember the yeast can NEVER touch the wet ingredients when you measure it in!) select the whole wheat setting on the bread machine and select your crust color preferences press start!
  4. When the bread has finished baking remove it from the machine and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes before you slice it.

Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupssugar
  2. 2/3cupmilk
  3. 1teaspoonvanilla
  4. 1cupcrunchy peanut butter
  5. 1cupmarshmallow cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Over medium-high heat stir milk and sugar together and bring to a boil.
  2. Bring milk and sugar to soft ball stage (234 degrees).
  3. When you drip some of the syrup into cold water it should form a soft ball in your fingers.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and vanilla.
  6. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  7. Pour mixture into a lightly greased (PAM works well) 13 x 9 pan.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Eat up!

Turtle Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2cupsflour
  2. 1/4teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2cupbutter
  5. 1/2cupbrown sugar
  6. 1egg, divided
  7. 1/4teaspoonvanilla
  8. pecan halves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar; add egg yolk.
  3. Blend in vanilla and mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients and blend.
  5. Arrange pecans in groups of 3 on greased cookie sheet (1 for the head and 2 for the flippers).
  6. Mold dough into balls and dip bottoms in unbeaten egg white.
  7. Place on the pecans as the turtle body.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool.
  10. Frost with chocolate frosting (your favorite recipe or canned).

Artichoke and Parmesan Cheese Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  2. 1-2clovefresh garlic, minced
  3. 1pinchwhite pepper
  4. 1/2teaspooncelery salt
  5. 3/4cupsour cream
  6. 1 1/2cupsmayonnaise
  7. 1/2cup gratedparmesan cheese
  8. 1/2bunchgreen onions

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
  2. Mince white and green parts of green onions.
  3. Set aside some green onion for garnish.
  4. Combine all ingredients and mix well with wire whip until thoroughly combined.
  5. Heat in double boiler on stove top until 160 degrees F or hot to the touch, or heat in microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes by 30 second intervals stirring between heating.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. Serve with garlic toasted beer bread or fresh vegetables.
