INGREDIENTS
- 1cupsugar
- 1/2cupbutter or margarine, softened
- 2eggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1tablespoonground ginger
- 2teaspoonsground cinnamon
- 1teaspoonground cloves
- 2cupsflour
- 1cupquick oats
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- 3/4cup choppedalmonds
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla.
- In separate bowl, combine spices and remaining ingredients.
- Gradually add to sugar mixture; blend until dough comes together.
- Do not overmix.
- Divide dough in half; roll each half into a 12-inch log about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Allow to cool on a baking rack 20 minutes.
- Cut log crosswise with a sharp serrated knife into 1/2-inch slices on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
- Cool, then store in a tightly covered container.

- 1can pillsburyprepared pizza crust
- breakfast sausage(links or bulk)
- 8ounces shreddedcheese(your choice)
- 2eggs
- oil
DIRECTIONS
- oil a small cookie sheet.
- pop open the can of dough.
- unroll& spread the dough on the cookie sheet.
- scramble and cook the eggs.
- cook the breakfast sausage.
- place eggs& sausage on top of dough.
- sprinkle cheese on top.
- bake@ 350 until cheese is melted and the crust is golden.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4cupssugar
- 1cupbutter, softened
- 1egg
- 3tablespoonsdark corn syrup
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 3cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 2teaspoonsground cinnamon
- 1teaspoonground ginger
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonground cloves
- sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine sugar and butter in large mixer bowl.
- Beat at medium speed until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
- Add egg, corn syrup and vanilla.
- Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes).
- Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves.
- Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll balls in sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- 3/4cupsugar
- 1/4cupunsweetened cocoa
- 1tablespoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2cupmilk
- 3tablespoonsbutter, melted
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1cupflaked coconut
- 1cuphot water
- 1/2cupchocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk, butter and vanilla; mix well until smooth.
- Stir in coconut.
- Spread batter into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- In 2-cup glass measure combine hot water, and chocolate syrup.
- Pour evenly over batter.
- Bake for 32 to 38 minutes or until center is set and edges pull away from sides of pan.
- Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 hard-cookedegg whites, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 4 hard-cookedegg yolks
- 1/2cupfat-free mayonnaiseor low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4cup creamylow fat cottage cheese, drained(1 percent)
- 1tablespooncurry powder
- 1tablespoonDijon mustard
- 1dashhot pepper sauce
- paprika, for sprinkling
- parsley sprigs(to garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- Place 4 of the egg yolks in a food processor or blender (discard the other 4) with the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, curry, mustard and pepper sauce.
- Process until smooth.
- Spoon the filling into a pastry bag with star tip.
- Pipe the filling into the egg whites, then sprinkle with the paprika.
- Garnish with the parsley.
- Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
