Cream Cheese Press Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupshortening
  2. 1/2cupbutter
  3. 1cupsugar
  4. 3ouncescream cheese
  5. 1egg
  6. 1teaspoonvanilla
  7. 2cups siftedflour

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream together shortening, butter, sugar, and cream cheese.
  2. Seperate egg and mix well beaten egg yolk into creamed mixture.
  3. Save egg white and lightly whip.
  4. Add vanilla to creamed mixture.
  5. Mix in the 2 cups of flour.
  6. Put into cookie press and press onto cold ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Brush with egg white it decorating with colored sugar.
  8. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. Cool on wire rack.

Pistachio Chocolate Chip Muffins! Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupbutter, soften
  2. 3/4cupsugar
  3. 3largeeggs
  4. 1teaspoonvanilla
  5. 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packageinstant pistachio pudding mix
  6. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  7. 2teaspoonsbaking powder
  8. 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
  9. 1/2cupmilk
  10. 3/4cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place cupcake cups in cupcake pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, vanilla, pudding mix and salt.
  5. Beat until mixed.
  6. Add half the flour and baking powder.
  7. Beat until just mixed.
  8. Add milk, and beat until mixed.
  9. Add the rest of the flour, and beat until just mixed.
  10. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  11. Spoon into cupcake cups about 3/4 of the way up.
  12. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Jinglebell Fudge Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsbutterscotch chips(about 12 oz)
  2. 1/2cupchunky peanut butter
  3. 2/3cupcondensed milk(about half a can)
  4. 1/2cup choppednuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Foil line an 8 inch square pan.
  2. Combine butterscottch morsels and peanutbutter in microwavable bowl.
  3. Microwave on 80% until melted and hot (Approximately 2 minutes total, stirring every minute).
  4. Add condensed milk FAST.
  5. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Add mixture to prepared 8 inch square pan.
  7. Press nuts on top and chill.
  8. Once chilled, cut into squares.

Bailey’s Irish Cream “McGinty’s Warmer” Recipe

  1. 1/2ouncedark Creme de Cacao
  2. 1/2ounceAmaretto
  3. 1/2ounceBaileys Irish Cream
  4. hotcoffee
  5. unsweetenedwhipped cream
  6. cinnamon-sugar mixture

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour the Baileys, Amaretto& creme de cacao into a coffee mug.
  2. Top up with Coffee add a good dollop of whipped crean and sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with a bit of sugar.

Bailey’s Irish Cream "Slippery Sam" Recipe

  1. Pour the two ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, strain and enjoy.
