INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupshortening
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 3ouncescream cheese
- 1egg
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 2cups siftedflour
DIRECTIONS
- Cream together shortening, butter, sugar, and cream cheese.
- Seperate egg and mix well beaten egg yolk into creamed mixture.
- Save egg white and lightly whip.
- Add vanilla to creamed mixture.
- Mix in the 2 cups of flour.
- Put into cookie press and press onto cold ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush with egg white it decorating with colored sugar.
- Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupbutter, soften
- 3/4cupsugar
- 3largeeggs
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packageinstant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupmilk
- 3/4cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place cupcake cups in cupcake pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs, vanilla, pudding mix and salt.
- Beat until mixed.
- Add half the flour and baking powder.
- Beat until just mixed.
- Add milk, and beat until mixed.
- Add the rest of the flour, and beat until just mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon into cupcake cups about 3/4 of the way up.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsbutterscotch chips(about 12 oz)
- 1/2cupchunky peanut butter
- 2/3cupcondensed milk(about half a can)
- 1/2cup choppednuts
DIRECTIONS
- Foil line an 8 inch square pan.
- Combine butterscottch morsels and peanutbutter in microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on 80% until melted and hot (Approximately 2 minutes total, stirring every minute).
- Add condensed milk FAST.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add mixture to prepared 8 inch square pan.
- Press nuts on top and chill.
- Once chilled, cut into squares.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2ouncedark Creme de Cacao
- 1/2ounceAmaretto
- 1/2ounceBaileys Irish Cream
- hotcoffee
- unsweetenedwhipped cream
- cinnamon-sugar mixture
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the Baileys, Amaretto& creme de cacao into a coffee mug.
- Top up with Coffee add a good dollop of whipped crean and sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with a bit of sugar.

- 1ouncesambuca romana
- ice
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the two ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, strain and enjoy.
