INGREDIENTS
- 1ounceparmesan cheese(for topping)
- 1tortilla
- 1 (7 ounce)canchickens
- 1sliceAmerican cheese
- 2slicesswiss cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Take a plate or tray.
- Put a tortilla on it.
- Add the cheese (only American and Swiss) and chicken.
- Fold the tortilla and add the Parmesan cheese.
- Then put in microwave for 1 minute.
- Then, Finally, EAT!
- MMM– Good!

INGREDIENTS

Base
- 3/4cupplain flour
- 1/4cupself-raising flour
- 1/2cupwalnut pieces
- 1/3cupcaster sugar
- 125gbutter, melted
- 1/4cupcoconut
-
Topping
- 150gmilk chocolate, melted
- 90gbutter, melted
- 2tablespoonswater
- 1/4cupwalnut pieces
- 1/4cupunsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 (100 g)packet pinkmarshmallows, harved
- 1/3cupglace cherries, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Base Grease 20cm x 30cm lamington pan.
- Combine sifted flours, walnuts, sugar and butter in bowl.
- Press mixture evenly over base of prepared pan.
- Bake in moderate oven (180 C or 350 F) for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Topping Combine chocolate and butter in bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread topping over base.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- Refrigerate until set.

INGREDIENTS
- 4-6largeonions
- 1tablespoonbutter
- 1tablespoonoil
- 1/4teaspoonsugar
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 6cupsbeef broth
- 1/4cupwhite wine
- salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cut up onion to your liking; sliced or cut in half width wise then into quarters then seperated.
- Cook onions slowly on medium-low heat in butter and oil in a covered saucepan for 15 min.
- Stir occasionally then uncover.
- Increase heat to medium and add sugar.
- Saute onions, stirring often, for about 30 min.
- or until onions turn golden brown.
- Sprinkle onions with flour and stir 2 to 3 min.
- Heat broth and wine and add to onions; adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
- Simmer, partially covered, for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
- 1can hormelchili without beans
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese
- 1packageVelveeta Mexican cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Let it melt together, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with thick tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupscornmeal
- 1egg(beaten)
- 1cupmilk
- 1/4cupoil
- 1tablespoonsugar
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease the inside of your 8-inch cast iron skillet and place it in the oven.
- In a medium or large bowl, beat your egg and add milk and oil.
- Stir in sugar, then cornmeal, just until moistened.
- The batter should be lumpy- do not overmix.
- Carefully remove your skillet from the oven and pour in the batter.
- Return to oven.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- The top of your cornbread should be golden-brown and a toothpick inserted in the center will come out clean when the bread is done.
- Serve warm.
