Cheesy -Cheese Quesadillas Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1ounceparmesan cheese(for topping)
  2. 1tortilla
  3. 1 (7 ounce)canchickens
  4. 1sliceAmerican cheese
  5. 2slicesswiss cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a plate or tray.
  2. Put a tortilla on it.
  3. Add the cheese (only American and Swiss) and chicken.
  4. Fold the tortilla and add the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Then put in microwave for 1 minute.
  6. Then, Finally, EAT!
  7. MMM– Good!

Nutty Rocky Road Slice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Base

  2. 3/4cupplain flour
  3. 1/4cupself-raising flour
  4. 1/2cupwalnut pieces
  5. 1/3cupcaster sugar
  6. 125gbutter, melted
  7. 1/4cupcoconut
  8. Topping

  9. 150gmilk chocolate, melted
  10. 90gbutter, melted
  11. 2tablespoonswater
  12. 1/4cupwalnut pieces
  13. 1/4cupunsalted dry roasted peanuts
  14. 1 (100 g)packet pinkmarshmallows, harved
  15. 1/3cupglace cherries, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Base Grease 20cm x 30cm lamington pan.
  2. Combine sifted flours, walnuts, sugar and butter in bowl.
  3. Press mixture evenly over base of prepared pan.
  4. Bake in moderate oven (180 C or 350 F) for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Cool.
  6. Topping Combine chocolate and butter in bowl.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  8. Spread topping over base.
  9. Sprinkle with coconut.
  10. Refrigerate until set.

Onion Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4-6largeonions
  2. 1tablespoonbutter
  3. 1tablespoonoil
  4. 1/4teaspoonsugar
  5. 2tablespoonsflour
  6. 6cupsbeef broth
  7. 1/4cupwhite wine
  8. salt & pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut up onion to your liking; sliced or cut in half width wise then into quarters then seperated.
  2. Cook onions slowly on medium-low heat in butter and oil in a covered saucepan for 15 min.
  3. Stir occasionally then uncover.
  4. Increase heat to medium and add sugar.
  5. Saute onions, stirring often, for about 30 min.
  6. or until onions turn golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle onions with flour and stir 2 to 3 min.
  8. Heat broth and wine and add to onions; adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
  9. Simmer, partially covered, for 1 hour.

Chili Cheese Dip Recipe

  1. 1can hormelchili without beans
  2. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese
  3. 1packageVelveeta Mexican cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a crockpot.
  2. Let it melt together, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve warm with thick tortilla chips.

easy skillet cornbread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupscornmeal
  2. 1egg(beaten)
  3. 1cupmilk
  4. 1/4cupoil
  5. 1tablespoonsugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease the inside of your 8-inch cast iron skillet and place it in the oven.
  3. In a medium or large bowl, beat your egg and add milk and oil.
  4. Stir in sugar, then cornmeal, just until moistened.
  5. The batter should be lumpy- do not overmix.
  6. Carefully remove your skillet from the oven and pour in the batter.
  7. Return to oven.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  9. The top of your cornbread should be golden-brown and a toothpick inserted in the center will come out clean when the bread is done.
  10. Serve warm.
