Peachy Ginger Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Bars

  2. 1 (21 ounce)canpeach pie filling, divided
  3. 18 1/4ouncesyellow cake mix
  4. 1/2teaspoonginger
  5. 2tablespoonsmolasses
  6. 2eggs, slightly beaten
  7. Frosting

  8. 1 3/4cupspowdered sugar
  9. 1/3cupmargarine or butter, softened

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. In large bowl, coarsely chop pie filling.
  4. Reserve 1/3 cup for frosting.
  5. To remaining pie filling, stir in cake mix, ginger, molasses and eggs until well blended.
  6. Spread in prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, beat all frosting ingredients until smooth; spread over bars.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Store in refrigerator.

Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (18 1/4 ounce)packageyellow cake mix
  2. 3largeeggs
  3. 2tablespoonsmargarineor butter, melted
  4. 4teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
  5. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
  6. 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milk
  7. 1 (16 ounce)canpumpkin
  8. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  9. 1cup choppednuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixer bowl on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
  3. Press onto bottom of 15×10 inch baking pan.
  4. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and salt; mix well.
  6. Pour over crust; sprinkle with nuts.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate; cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

Lower-Fat Special K Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4cupcorn syrup
  2. 1/2cup firmly packedbrown sugar
  3. 1/3cuppeanut butter
  4. 5cups kelloggSpecial K cereal
  5. 1/2cupseedless raisins
  6. vegetable oil cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Measure corn syrup and brown sugar into large saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in peanut butter.
  5. Add cereal and raisins.
  6. Stir until well coated.
  7. With back of spoon, press mixture evenly and firmly into 13X9 pan coated with cooking spray.
  8. Let stand until cool.
  9. Cut into bars.

  1. 1cupsugar
  2. 1cuplight corn syrup
  3. 1/2cuppeanut butter
  4. 5cupscrisp rice cereal
  5. 2cupspretzel sticks
  6. 1cup plainM&Ms plain chocolate candies

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar and corn syrup.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until blended.
  4. Add the cereal, pretzels and M&Ms; stir until coated.
  5. Press into a greased 15×10 inch pan.
  6. Cut into bars.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupbutteror margarine
  2. 3/4cup reesecreamy peanut butter
  3. 1 3/4cupssugar
  4. 1 1/2teaspoonsvanilla extract
  5. 4eggs, slightly beaten
  6. 1 1/2cupsflour
  7. 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  9. 2cupsmilk chocolate chips(11-12 oz pkg.)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 13×9 pan.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Add peanut butter, stir until melted.
  5. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  6. Add eggs; with spoon, stir until well blended.
  7. Add flour, baking powder and salt; stir until blended.
  8. Stir in chocolate chips.
  9. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  10. Bake 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and edges are firm.
  11. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  12. Cut into bars.
