INGREDIENTS
- 2loavesfrozen bread dough(thawed)
- 1/2cupoleo
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1cupvanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS
- Melt oleo, brown sugar and ice cream.
- Put in 9×13-inch pan.
- Cut each loaf down the middle into 18-20 pieces.
- Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon and place on caramel mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 2/3cupsflour
- 1 1/3cupssugar
- 1cupwalnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1orange, zest of
- 1/2lemon, zest of
- 1/4teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 2eggs
- 1egg yolk
- 2-3teaspoonsorange extract
- 4ouncesbutter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients (first 7 ingredients on list above).
- In a small bowl slightly beat eggs& egg yolk together, and add to the dry ingredients along with the extract& the melted butter.
- Mix by hand with a wooden spoon or with hands.
- If dough is too stiff, add some juice from the zested orange.
- Turn dough out onto work surface; knead lightly and form into two logs.
- Place logs on lightly greased cookie sheet& flatten slightly.
- Brush logs with beaten egg white.
- Bake 30 minutes; let cool completely, then slice each log diagonally into 1″ slices with serrated knife, using a sawing motion.
- Stand the slices on the cookie sheet and return to the oven.
- Bake an additional 7-10 minutes or until crisp.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cups pared dicedpotatoes
- 1cup thinly slicedcelery
- 2cupswater
- 1/2cupmargarineor butter
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1/4cupflour
- 1cup warmmilk
- 1 (6 ounce)cancrabmeat, dont drain
- 1/2lb shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1/2teaspoondill weed
- 1/2lbimitation crabmeat
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In 2 quart saucepan combine potatoes, celery and water.
- Bring to boil Lower heat and simmer 15 mins until cooked but not mushy In another pan, melt butter Add onion.
- Simmer 5 mins until clear not browned Add flour.
- Stir til smooth Stir in milk and crab juice from can Add cooked veggies with cooking liquid.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Add cheese dill, and crabmeats Heat to serving temperature Add salt and pepper.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupdried apricots, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce)jarapricot preserves
- 6ouncescream cheese
- 1cupbutteror margarine
- 2cupsflour
- beateneggs
- cinnamon sugar
- finely choppedwalnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; line cookie sheets with parchment paper& set aside.
- In a small saucepan, cook the chopped apricots& preserves until melted& apricots are soft.
- Chill in refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter& flour into a stiff dough.
- Divide into 2 equal disks, wrap in plastic& chill.
- When dough is thoroughly chilled, cut each disk into 4 sections.
- Roll each section into a thin round, and cut into 4 or 6 wedges.
- Place approximately 1 tsp of preserve mixture on outer edge (wide, rounded side) of rolled dough.
- Moisten point of dough with a little water.
- Roll dough over the preserves, tucking in the sides& continue to roll to the point.
- Continue this with each section of dough.
- Place each cookie on parchment-lined cookie sheet; brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or chopped nuts.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack.

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3cups dicedham
- 1 (10 ounce)boxfrozen broccoli cuts
- 1cup shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1cup shreddedmozzarella cheese
- 1cup shreddedAmerican cheese
- 1cupmilk
- 3eggs
- 1tablespoonflour
- 1teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Cook broccoli according to directions on box; drain well.
- Layer a greased 9×13-inch pan with ham, broccoli and cheese.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over.
- Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
