INGREDIENTS
- 1cupcouscous
- 1cupboiling water
- 3tablespoonsolive oil
- 1clovegarlic, minced
- 1/4cup dicedred bell peppers
- 4green onions, sliced
- 1cupcherry tomatoes
- 1cupfresh basil leaves
- 1pinchsalt
- 1pinchground black pepper
- 1dashbalsamic vinegar
- 1/4cup gratedparmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir couscous into boiling water and return water to a boil.
- Cover and remove pot from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- While the couscous is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in garlic, green onions and peppers; saute briefly.
- Stir in tomatoes, basil, cooked couscous, salt and pepper.
- Mix together and transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Splash some balsamic vinegar on top.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese while still warm.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbs cubedpork
- 3tablespoonssoy sauce
- 1/4cupvinegar
- 1smallonion
- 2tomatoes, cut in slices
- 2tablespoonscornstarch
- 1/4teaspoonginger
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 2green peppers, cut into strips
DIRECTIONS
- In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch.
- Then mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper and tomatoes.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.
- Cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 3teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1cupmilk
- 4tablespoonshoney
- 1egg, beaten
- 1/4cup meltedbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Combine milk, honey, egg, and butter.
- Add to sifted flour mixture.
- Stir quickly, just to moisten ingredients.
- Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 12ouncescream cheese
- 6tablespoonsmayonnaise
- 4scallions, chopped
- 1canwater chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 2canscrabmeat
- 2cups shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1/2cupparmesan cheese
- 1/2teaspoongarlic salt
- 1/2teaspoonblack pepper
- 1teaspoonhot sauce
- 1/4cupwhite wine
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spoon into 2 onion soup crocks or 1 hollowed out loaf of bread.
- Sprinkle with more parmesean cheese and garlic salt and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until puffy and golden.
- Serve with bread cubes, crackers and crudite.

INGREDIENTS
- 4eggs
- 2cupsmilk
- 2/3cupsugar
- 6tablespoons softoleo
- 1/2cupflour
- 1tablespoonvanilla
- 1/4teaspoonnutmeg
- 1cupcoconut
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients and beat in blender for 10 seconds.
- Pour into buttered 9-inch deep pie pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
- Makes its own crust!
