INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoon nestle nesquikcocoa powder
- 1tablespoon galaxyinstant chocolate drink mix
- 1cupcorn flakes
- 1cup starbucks frappucinomocha-flavored coffee, chilled
- 3pinches of nescafe classicinstant coffee granules
DIRECTIONS
- Take a medium sized breakfast cereal bowl.
- Put the cornflakes in it.
- Mix in the Galaxy chocolate drink powder.
- Stir in the coffee.
- You will still have some coffee remaining in the bottle (I use the 9. 5 FL ox. bottle).
- To this coffee, add the Nesquik chocolate powder.
- Close the bottle with the lid and shake as well and as vigorously as you can.
- Stop!
- Open the lid and keep it aside.
- Now add the 3 pinches/dashes of Nescafe coffee granules to the cereal bowl and mix well.
- Sit back.
- Grab a large spoon and dig in!
- When your halfway through the Mocha cereal delight, sip on some of the Nesquik Mocha from the bottle!
- Enjoy my double chocolate delight and think of me as you lick your lips!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4cupsflour
- 1cupyellow cornmealor white cornmeal
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1pinchsalt
- 2 1/4cupsbuttermilk
- 2eggs, separated, plus
- 1egg white
- 3tablespoonsdark brown sugar
- 2cupsfresh blueberriesor unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1tablespoonvegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg yolks and sugar, set aside.
- In another large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add the dry ingredients to the buttermilk mixture and stir until blended, then gently fold in the egg whites.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- Heat 1/2 teaspoons of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Using 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, make 4 pancakes, cooking them about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Make 5 more batches of pancakes in the same fasion, adding 1/2 teaspoons of oil to the skillet before cooking each batch.

- 4cupsall-purpose flour
- 1cup ww.bread flour
- 1tablespoonbrewer’s yeast
- 1tablespoonwheat bran
- 1/3cupsugar
- 1tablespoonfast rising yeast
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2cupsevaporated milk
- 1/4cupbutter
- 1egg
DIRECTIONS
- Happy Snappy Dinner Rolls Moms recipe***** In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups white flour, 1 cup- Ww bread flour, 1Tbs.
- Brewers yeast, 1Tbs wheat bran 1/3 c.
- sugar, 1tbs.
- Rapid rise yeast, ½ tsp.
- Salt, Heat till very warm; 1 ½ c.
- evaporated milk& ¼ c.
- butter.
- Stir in- to dry ingred.
- Mix in one egg and enough additional flour to form a soft dough.
- Begin to knead adding addi- tional flour till smooth; about 8 min.
- Cover and let rise 10 min.
- Line a large rectangle pan with foil and grease.
- Press dough into pan covering the bottom.
- Cut into 36 squares.
- Let rise 30-60 min.
- or until at least doubled.
- Bake at 350 for 20- 30 min till golden!

- 1pintmayonnaise
- 4ounces finely shreddedmozzarella cheese
- 2cupssour cream
- 1teaspoon mincedgarlic
- 1tablespoonAccent seasoning
- 1tablespoondried parsley flakes
- 1tablespoonparmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
- Serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.

- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 3/4cupchocolate chips
- 3/4cuppecans, chopped
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 2eggs
- 1cup mashedbananas
- 2tablespoonslemon juice
- 1 1/2teaspoonsvanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350, butter and flour 9×5x2 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- whisk first four ingredients in bowl to blend, add chocolate chips and pecans.
- beat butter until fluffy.
- gradually add sugar, beating well until blended.
- beat in eggs one at a time.
- beat in mashed bananas, lemon juice and vanilla.
- beat in flour mixture.
- pour into loaf pan, cook 1 hour and 5 minutes.
