Char’s Mocha, Cornflakes and Chocolate Heaven Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1tablespoon nestle nesquikcocoa powder
  2. 1tablespoon galaxyinstant chocolate drink mix
  3. 1cupcorn flakes
  4. 1cup starbucks frappucinomocha-flavored coffee, chilled
  5. 3pinches of nescafe classicinstant coffee granules

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a medium sized breakfast cereal bowl.
  2. Put the cornflakes in it.
  3. Mix in the Galaxy chocolate drink powder.
  4. Stir in the coffee.
  5. You will still have some coffee remaining in the bottle (I use the 9. 5 FL ox. bottle).
  6. To this coffee, add the Nesquik chocolate powder.
  7. Close the bottle with the lid and shake as well and as vigorously as you can.
  8. Stop!
  9. Open the lid and keep it aside.
  10. Now add the 3 pinches/dashes of Nescafe coffee granules to the cereal bowl and mix well.
  11. Sit back.
  12. Grab a large spoon and dig in!
  13. When your halfway through the Mocha cereal delight, sip on some of the Nesquik Mocha from the bottle!
  14. Enjoy my double chocolate delight and think of me as you lick your lips!

Healthy Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/4cupsflour
  2. 1cupyellow cornmealor white cornmeal
  3. 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking soda
  4. 1teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1pinchsalt
  6. 2 1/4cupsbuttermilk
  7. 2eggs, separated, plus
  8. 1egg white
  9. 3tablespoonsdark brown sugar
  10. 2cupsfresh blueberriesor unsweetened frozen blueberries, thawed
  11. 1tablespoonvegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg yolks and sugar, set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the buttermilk mixture and stir until blended, then gently fold in the egg whites.
  5. Stir in the blueberries.
  6. Heat 1/2 teaspoons of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Using 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, make 4 pancakes, cooking them about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Make 5 more batches of pancakes in the same fasion, adding 1/2 teaspoons of oil to the skillet before cooking each batch.

Happy Snappy Dinner Rolls Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1cup ww.bread flour
  3. 1tablespoonbrewer’s yeast
  4. 1tablespoonwheat bran
  5. 1/3cupsugar
  6. 1tablespoonfast rising yeast
  7. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 1/2cupsevaporated milk
  9. 1/4cupbutter
  10. 1egg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Happy Snappy Dinner Rolls Moms recipe***** In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups white flour, 1 cup- Ww bread flour, 1Tbs.
  2. Brewers yeast, 1Tbs wheat bran 1/3 c.
  3. sugar, 1tbs.
  4. Rapid rise yeast, ½ tsp.
  5. Salt, Heat till very warm; 1 ½ c.
  6. evaporated milk& ¼ c.
  7. butter.
  8. Stir in- to dry ingred.
  9. Mix in one egg and enough additional flour to form a soft dough.
  10. Begin to knead adding addi- tional flour till smooth; about 8 min.
  11. Cover and let rise 10 min.
  12. Line a large rectangle pan with foil and grease.
  13. Press dough into pan covering the bottom.
  14. Cut into 36 squares.
  15. Let rise 30-60 min.
  16. or until at least doubled.
  17. Bake at 350 for 20- 30 min till golden!

Mozzarella Cheese Dip Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
  2. Serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.

Chocolate chip pecan banana bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 1teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  5. 3/4cupchocolate chips
  6. 3/4cuppecans, chopped
  7. 1/2cupbutter
  8. 1cupsugar
  9. 2eggs
  10. 1cup mashedbananas
  11. 2tablespoonslemon juice
  12. 1 1/2teaspoonsvanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350, butter and flour 9×5x2 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  2. whisk first four ingredients in bowl to blend, add chocolate chips and pecans.
  3. beat butter until fluffy.
  4. gradually add sugar, beating well until blended.
  5. beat in eggs one at a time.
  6. beat in mashed bananas, lemon juice and vanilla.
  7. beat in flour mixture.
  8. pour into loaf pan, cook 1 hour and 5 minutes.
