INGREDIENTS
- 3lbspork steaks
- 1 (1 ounce)envelope dryonion soup mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce)cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
DIRECTIONS
- Put pork steaks in bottom of crockpot or slow cooker.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over steaks.
- Pour soup over the top.
- Cover.
- Cook on high setting about 4 hours.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 2largeeggs
- 1tablespoonmilk
- 2 1/2cupsflour, divided
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla
- 1/2teaspoonalmond extract
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk and flavorings.
- In a separate bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture.
- Turn dough out on to well floured surface and knead an additional 1/4 cup flour into the dough.
- Place dough in plastic bag and chill several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Grease cookie sheets (only this once) On a well floured surface, roll dough to 1/4″ thickness.
- Flour cutters well and cut dough into shapes.
- Bake until golden brown (10 minutes?).

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbcottage cheese
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1egg yolk
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 3/4cupraisins
- 1cupwineor otherliquor
DIRECTIONS
- Soak raisins in the wine overnight.
- Wrap the cottage cheese in two layers of cheese cloth and squeeze the liquid fron the cheese.
- Allow the cheese to continue to drain overnight in the refrigerator.
- Drain the raisins and discard the liquid.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients well.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 1 1/2cupssugar
- 1tablespoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 3tablespoonsCrisco shortening
- 5eggs
- 1/2cupbutter, melted(no substitutions)
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1lbicing sugar(confectioners)
- 1 1/2tablespoonsvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13′ x 9″ baking pan.
- in a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt; cut in the shortening with a pastry knife or food processor, until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Mix in 3 of the eggs, and the melted butter; combine well.
- Spread batter over bottom of prepared baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, the 2 remaining eggs, the cofectioners sugar (reserve 2 Tbsp of confectioners sugar for sprinkling on top of cake), and the vanilla; pour the mixture over batter in the baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with the reserved 2 TBSP sugar over the top.
- Return the cake to oven; bake for 30-35 minutes longer.
- When done, the cake will still be moist in the center.
- Cool slightly before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbpowdered sugar
- 1/3cupcocoa
- 7tablespoonswarm water
- 3tablespoonspowdered egg whites(meringue powder)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix powdered sugar, cocoa and egg whites.
- Add water slowly until the icing is the consistency of thick frosting for outlining and thin with more water to fill.
