INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cup softenedbutter
- 1blue cheese(I buy treasure cove)
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1 (12 ounce)canblack olives, chopped(we use 1/2 - 1 full can)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cheeses& butter together until creamy.
- Add chopped olives and mix.
- Form ball and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with crackers like triscuits.

INGREDIENTS
- 12ouncesegg noodles, extra wide
- 2tablespoonsbutteror margarine
- 2 (8 ounce)packagessliced mushrooms
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1clove mincedgarlic or1/2 teaspooninstant minced garlic
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 1lbground beef
- 12ouncesbeef gravy
- 8ouncessour cream
- 1/8teaspoonpaprika
DIRECTIONS
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet.
- Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned.
- Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat.
- Add gravy and heat to boiling.
- Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
- Serve beef mixture over noodles; sprinkle with paprika.

- 1/2fluid ounce stoli razberiraspberry vodka
- 1fluid ounce hiram walkercreme de banane
- 1dashsoda water
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything together.
- Garnish with a cherry.
- Serve over ice.

- 1 1/4fluid ounces canadian clubwhiskey
- 1/2fluid ounceorange juice
- 1/2fluid ouncepineapple juice
- 1/2fluid ouncecranberry juice
- 1/2fluid ounceprepared sweet-and-sour mix
DIRECTIONS
- Stir everything together in a glass.
- Fill with soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
- Serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (19 ounce)canschicken and wild rice soup(I prefer Progresso)
- 1candiced tomatoes with mild green chilies
- 1cupsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6ouncestortilla chips, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Puree the tomatoes in a blender or food processer.
- Pour soup and tomatoes into a stockpot and warm over medium heat.
- To serve, top with chips and cheese.
- I make this with a number of possible variations– some good additions are: shredded cooked chicken thighs or breasts sour cream black beans black olives a can of mexi-corn sliced avocados other varieties of cheese chopped green onions.
